    It is a lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice location. Breakfast was good. We liked the pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel and note it to go again. The staff it was very kind.

    Amazing staff - kind, helpful, genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. The setting is idyllic - relaxed, quiet, close to the beach, wonderful pool with a great view. The food is delicious, the service top-notch, the rooms super clean and with great room service. I don't have enough good things to say about this place. I will happily come back.

    Aloha Myself And Wife Took Our First International Trip I Stumbled Across Creta Vitalis On A Search And Boy Am I Glad I Did The Staff Is So Accommodating Friendly And Kind Felt Like Staying With Family Breakfast Was Amazing Staff Hardworking And Attentive Check In So Welcoming And Full Of Suggestions Made Return Home Tuff We Wanted To Stay And Swim At Kalathas Beach Some More Chania And Crete As A Whole Made Lasting Impression Creta Vitalis You Are In Out Hearts Forever We Will Meet Again In The Near Future Mahalo And Aloha From Kauai Dominic And Irene 🤙🏽

    Very sad to leave this wonderful family owned hotel today. We stayed for three nights as was close to airport and Kalathas Beach before we flew home. It is a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic room cleaning service every day. Beautiful pool with panoramic views. However the best part are the family who run it. They are so pleasant and kind and nothing is a problem. They provide a lovely atmosphere. My kids had a great time and we are looking forward to returning soon.

    Just returned home after a fantastic week away at Creta Vitalis with my girlfriend, everything was fantastic and can’t believe I’m back home in England :( The weather was extremely hot just as we like it :) The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Hotel staff was fantastic, the elderly gentleman who I believe owns the hotel was very friendly with us and made us feel very welcome and made us laugh with his great sense of humour 😁 Rooms cleaned and fresh towels almost everyday and the cleaner was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would 100% stay here every time I visit Crete, you just get left alone to do your own thing with nobody bothering you which is very good, Also as others have said they isn’t any paths to walk on so your mainly walking on the road to the shop/restaurants or beach. There is not much about so to see other villages you really need a car or to use the bus, but we just stayed local and relaxed all holiday ☺️ This place is very close to the airport too and you see planes ✈️ flying over very low often which I thought was fantastic 😃 there is an airbase near by and fighter jets fly out which can be very loud! We will be back next year 😎👍🏼
