Honestly can't fault this hotel food amazing. cocktails are amazing rooms are lovely bus stop straight outside to travel about .the staff go above and beyond for you everything about it is just amazing 5stars we will definitely return

Nice and relaxing vacation

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff with a high level of service. There's also a spa and fitness section, even though I didn't use it (passed by and saw it) I spend my time by the big infinity pool enjoying both the sun and pool area. Very nice and delicious breakfast with a variety of things and a cosy pool bar, serving a variety of things, amongst them lots of tasty and good looking drinks.Nice and cosy restaurant, didn't use it much because I wanted to explore the local tavernas around and in Chania as well. All in all a great hotel with great possibility to relax and close to the beach and Chania, if you want to walk around the city and explore or do some shopping as well. I can recommend this hotel for a nice vacation in Crete!

Just returned from 10 nights in the hotel and all that we can say is it was fabulous. 1st night we arrived we ate out but the day after we ate in the a la carte restaurant and we never stepped out after that as the food was just amazing. We thought why go elsewhere when the hotel and restaurant had everything we needed. The bar was well stocked and Manuel was such a sociable character and made everyone feel welcome. We even met the owner of the hotel who served us on a couple of occasions and he wasn’t afraid to get involved and help the staff. Service by everyone was 1st class. We stayed bed and breakfast as we have got bored over the years of all inclusive and the drinks and food was priced competitively and fairly. We did have a trip out into the old town which was so easy to jump on the bus outside the hotel. There was also beaches nearby to visit. We would consider upgrading our room next time and not down for any other reason that we would like to try a swim up pool. The reception was also very helpful and friendly too. We was meant to buy a diffuser on leaving but forgot as the hotel sells its own diffuser brand which is exquisite and a beautiful fragrance. Thank you to all for making mine and my daughters experience just perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cretan Dream Resort & Spa! Petros and the entire staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The resort has beautiful grounds, spotless rooms and amazing ocean views. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of choice and dinner at the restaurant was great! We enjoyed the Cretan BBQ night with traditional dancing and entertainment. The location is convenient with a bus stop outside the resort to Chania. A wonderful experience from start to finish - highly recommended! Nick

Our stay in the Cretan Dream Resort was really beautiful. My sister had stayed there several times and recommend my husband and I go. It was our first trip in 20 years without our kids. The hotel was so relaxing, spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Special shout out to the staff at the pool bar - they were just great, especially Manni!! I would highly recommend this hotel.
