  Wonderful family run hotel

  Lovely hotel, family run and you can feel that from the service. This is a small hotel, not a plush high rise with modcons, It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, without the crowds; air conditioning, lovely pool, kids pool, plenty of sunbeds. This not an all inclusive hotel, but a nice adequate breakfast is provided and of an evening you enjoy wandering the many restaurants and tavernas on offer.Hotel is 100% recommended 👌

  2nd visit and its just the most lovely place, the staff treat you like family the atmosphere so laid back, rooms have all you need, pool and bar area are great, location is spot on, we will return soon 😀

  We had the best time here. Didn't know what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised. It was the warmth of the family run hotel that made it special. Manos, Marleena, Ava, and Dimitri, a beautiful family who made our stay so welcoming . We always returned to the hotel bar at the end of an evening for a good chat. Accommodation spot on for our needs and great wee pool. Air conditioning was perfect. Great area in general, Bus goes to another bigger town, right outside the hotel. 10 mins walk to restaurants. Little town area, still Greek , with their own special friendliness. Food was amazing and so reasonable. Beach nearby too with the most beautiful buoyant blue water. Thank you again to all the wonderful people at the hotel we met and hopefully see you next year xx

  An oasis of pease and tranquility

  My Sister and I stayed for 3 weeks. The accommodation is basic, (what we expect in Greece) clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned, sheets and towels changed, every other day. It provides all you need, in a great location, only 5 minutes from some great Tavernas and 10 minutes from the beach. Great value for money, booked through EasyJet. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A great family run business. Well done Cretan Sun.

  Reception wasn't open on arrival in the early hours. Our 2 bedroom apartment had been swapped for a room with 4 single beds which was baking hot with no air con. Our room was changed the following afternoon. Our 2 bed apartment was not big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage children but I was advised by reception that the apartments were all the same. Room 209. There was a small double in the same room as kitchenette with no space to walk around the bed. There was nowhere to sit in the apartment other than the beds and no table or chairs to eat at other than on the balcony (which was small). The kitchen facilities were limited it was difficult to cook a meal on 2 rings and there wasn't a toaster. The people who ran the hotel were generally really lovely and relaxed and the place was kept very clean. Pool area was good and always a sunbed available. Disappointed with what we paid for a "budget" Easyjet holiday. School holiday prices are never cheap. The last number of years I've booked accommodation independently and will definitely revert to doing that to ensure I know exactly what I'm going to get before we arrive.
