Facility

Rooms

    I was very pleased with the 4 nights I recently spent at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Unlike some other reviewers, I found the bed comfortable and slept very well. If anything, the room was too warm for me but the temperature was easily adjusted. I liked that there were water coolers on every landing, making it easy to refill water bottles. I found the breakfast to be absolutely fine. The best thing though is the location. It is a short walk from the Old Town and various other museums etc. It is a great base to explore this lovely city.

    Very average hotel, but with a convenient location. Breakfast was very poor—we recommend skipping it. The room could have been cleaner, and the beds were not comfortable.

    The hotel is located in in the right spot, 13 minutes to station, walking distance to the old town, nice restaurants, and some museums. It's a very warm hotel I can say, so really helps to cope the winter cold. The room is spacious, very clean, and we're very lucky to get one in the corner, so more views. We also love the breakfast it served, they're fresh and plenty of options. Below the hotel, there are massage parlour and a light museum, in case you don't wanna move from the warmth of the room ;)

    This was definitely the best hotel I stayed in out of eight hotels on a solo trip around Eastern Europe.As I was travelling alone and without my missus I picked my hotels fairly quickly looking mainly at location and I was getting a great deal on prices.The hotels all looked good, but this hotel really surprised me as it's very impressive and a huge hotel.My room was basically a suite with two bathrooms and two televisions. The bed was comfortable and the bath/shower was great with lots of hot water always.It cost me around €200 for two nights without breakfast which I then added (around €11 for breakfast). The breakfast is really good and opens earlier than usual, but even early it was very busy.It was so wet one night that I went to the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out and my meal was very good and including two beers was well less than €15 which I found hard to understand.Location is spot on as you are close to the Royal Route and main street.I enjoyed Warsaw and found it to be a very clean city and while it's quite a spread out city it's pretty easy to walk around.Thanks,Irish Travel Man.

    Evening meal in restaurant was excellent, rooms clean and comfy. Reception staff helpful. Bar could do with more staff. Breakfast plenty of choice but carnage, Sunday was very bad. Some staff were quite rude this day. Saying this would recommend and would return.
