The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, medical assistance, a transfer service, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     A first class villa

    This was our second year in a row in green villa. It was yet again another first class experience. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional, the villa was clean and well equipped - the pool was amazing. We will return again. We would strongly recommend this amazing villa, in a quite beautiful town.

    We have just returned from Danae Villas after a fantastic family holiday. The villa was large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is large and provided endless fun for our 3 children who also enjoyed using the pool table a ping pong provided. George our host was very helpful and friendly. The hill up to the villa is quite steep but the close proximity to the restaurants and bars of Koutouloufari and the peaceful location of the villa more than made up for this. We've already booked a return trip and can't wait to go back next year.

    What a beautiful place! Best villa we have stayed in. Large pool, beautifully presented villa with everything you could need. Danae and her husband are a complete delight. Honestly couldn’t do enough for us. On arrival, the taxi from Heraklion wouldn’t come up the road from the village to the villa which is a steep 300m climb. We set off up the hill. We got to the top and Danae was waiting, her husband had driven down to collect us ( we had just missed him). He then took us to the supermarket to get shopping and arranged a hire car for us! In the evenings we walked down to the 3 villages and got a cab back; never again came across anyone worried about driving up the hill! One of the nicest holidays we have had.

    Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

    We stayed at villa Danae from Tuesday 27th June till Tuesday 11th July 2023. George the owner was on hand to greet us on our arrival. There was a welcome pack provided, and also we had asked for some additional items. These were provided and George would take no money from us to cover the cost. The villa was clean and well maintained and the pool was lovely, very clean and very refreshing on hot sunny days. George and his family were lovely, very helpful and always on hand when ever needed. We hired a car and found this to be very useful especially as the hill is rather steep. All in all a beautiful villa, fantastic views and a home from home. We would have no hesitation in booking again. The village of Koutouloufari was very pretty with reasonable priced restaurants and bars. Hersonissos is not far and for the beach we loved Stalis which was 10 mins drive away.We never found George to be obtrusive as other reviews has stated. He was always polite and asked if it was okay to be on the property when he had jobs to do. He also replaced a air conditioning unit the same day as reporting it faulty.Great service.     Relaxing, well placed, steep hill

    Wonderful villa and well worth the money. The villa is clean and spacious (the bedding and towels are changed twice a week). Plenty to do in the villa with a large private pool, table tennis together with board games and books available in the villa. As others have said it is a steep climb to the villa but manageable. The village is bustling with plenty of tavernas when the food is good and reasonably priced. There is a small supermarket in the village and a . Lidl about 10 mins away by car. Hersonnisos is a 20 walk downhill and again a steep climb back up but taxis are readily available and cheap. The owner George lives in the end villa and deals with any accommodation issues quickly (one of our electric shutters failed but was fixed within 24hrs). Fabulous villa, beautiful location and would happily recommend and return.
