    ​A Bright Example of Greek Hospitality – Simply the Best!​We apologize for the late review (we stayed in May), but we simply had to take the time to communicate to the world that Roula, the owner, and her entire team at Deluxe Hotel deserve every bit of recognition and acknowledgement for their outstanding hard work and hospitality.​Every single staff member, from reception to housekeeping, was a bright example of what Greek hospitality is all about. Every interaction and request was met with genuine professionalism and friendliness. Truly, anything we asked for was never an issue.​The location is second to none -it's absolutely perfect. We were near everything we could possibly need, yet completely shielded from any unwanted noise. The experience of having the local Saturday market right outside our door was a lovely bonus, giving us a great opportunity to soak up the local hustle and bustle and feel a genuine cultural connection right on our doorstep.​Our room was always spotless, the amenities were very satisfactory, and the overall value was excellent. The price we paid was more than fair for all the comfort, service, and location we received.​Thank you, Roula and the Deluxe Hotel team, for contributing to such beautiful memories of our time in Chania. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

    Clean good sized rooms, fully functional amenities and friendly service. The only issue was water pressure but it seems like it’s a municipal thing. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever and staff were very responsive to any requests. Recommended

    TERRIBLE EXPRERIENCE TO STAY AT THIS "HOTEL"

    We are a family and decided to stay AT THIS "Deluxe" Hotel but it was a terrible exprerience. It is located on a central area of Chania town which is the red light district of the town!! It is very noisy all day and night. There are many drunk people wandering around the street at night and generally this area is a dangerous area specifically for a family. I will never stay there again in a future visit in Chania.

    If you are looking for something close to the old town of Chania, this is a good choice. The neighborhood is very noisy though. The room is newly renovared and offers amenities such as slippers, iron, hairdryer etc.
