  Our second time here with this wonderful kind family buisness.I honestly cannot praise this place highly enough.Superb modern fresh suites close to town but exceptionally quiet.Amazing 5 star beds and pillows.Superb bathrooms.A gem of a place in hersonissos with easy access and free parking mtrs awaySuch a privilege to spend time with the wonderful greek family,who also own THE GRILL just down the road.We have found the best place to relax and unwind.Don't hesitate,just book with confidence.   A fairytale-like accommodation with beautiful seaside details. We have been visiting these apartments for 9 years now, and every time it feels just like home. The hosts have become more like family to us. The location is right in the very center, only a few steps away from the beach, yet you still enjoy the privilege of a peaceful area away from the crowds. Everything you might need is within easy reach, and if you have any special wishes for organizing your trip, the hosts are always there to help in every possible way. I would especially highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the apartments, as well as the regular change of towels and bed linens. All in all, it’s nothing less than a perfect ❤️

  Firstly the good We booked a suite, lovely lovely place! The beds are soooo comfy, the bathroom and the shower is amazing! Our room was cleaned every other day. We had a cooker ring that wasn’t working very well, I reported this at around 6.30pm ish, the very next morning by 10am it was being fixed, totally wonderful service. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, they are more than happy to help with advice on where to visit. Now my suggestions, absolutely not criticism! The kitchen is not very well equipped or designed, In our room the extractor was placed in a situation that each time we went to the fridge we banged our head on it! The cutlery was fairly scarce, we could have done with a spatula. These rooms definitely need a toaster and a microwave, not a filter coffee machine. Now the bad This is not the hotel fault but when we booked our holiday the information from easy jet said there was a pool to use free of charge at a neighbouring hotel, this is no longer the case, you will need to pay for sun loungers or go to a bar that will let you use the pool but only if you buy drinks. I will be making a complaint to easyJet as they are most definitely in breach of contract, as we purchased a holiday with free pool access and obviously use of free sun loungers. My finial word would be the apartments are gorgeous, thank you so much x

  A good holiday experience

  I travelled on a Easy Jet Package to this lovely little apartment block. I booked a stay in a junior suite. You get dropped off on the main road and walk a little way up to the pretty outside of the hotel. Even though we were very delayed, the lady waiting was really unfazed and check in was quick. Its a little lift but would just fit a wheelchair. The good. The staff are super friendly, so helpful and kind. I loved my room it had a window and a balcony with quality furniture and a large drying rack. The curtains had good blackouts underneath. The room was very spacious and had a very good modern bathroom. The bed, bedding and pillows were great quality. Good storage and masses of sockets. Bedding and towels changed two or three times a week. You don't pay for the safe but do have to carry the key at all times. I found the free WiFi very good and did everything I needed.The little things really mean a lot sometimes and there was a tiny borrowing section of books, mugs, beach mats and umberellas. Nice touch that. On the last day they allowed me to keep my room until I left at 8pm free of charge, So kind. One block down and you have the main street and I was so happy to find large supermarkets on the doorstep. Great for keeping costs down. Also the water is drinkable in Crete so this also means less carrying. There are some great takeaways who also deliver. If icecream is your pleasure like me then there are two shops right on the doorstep. One more block down is the beach. small and very busy. I found the Marina bar to be the best for service, sunbeds and food. The not so good. There is no reception 24 hours a day. It was 3 hours in the morning. My fault for not asking before booking. I feel more secure with 24 hour receptionists. I would have liked my kitchen and bathroom bins to be emptied every day. I cooked my food and had quite a bit of refuse, I was worrried about attracting ants. There is no Pool share scheme any more. The hotel says that they have let Jet 2 know but its still on the website. Beach beds are 10 Euro each per day so quite a big cost to budget for. The room tax when you arrive at the hotel is 2 euro's a day per room. This is a tourist tax by the government.
