    Room for improvement

    Beautiful property with stunning view and friendly staff. The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, there's a lot room for improvement. Hotel rooms are rented as junior suites, which they aren't; there wasn't a sofa or lounge chair, only a single table chair. We had to ask for many things that should have been available; an iron, a coffee machine (coffee was available however), a beer opener. Some things never arrived after asking. Room service delivered prosecco (9 euro per glass) from a bottle that must have been open for quite a while. The private swimming pool was to dirty to enter the first days, before the water got finally filtered. The bathroom didn't have simple facilities like something to hang towels on and even a toilet paper mount was lacking. At one point all our towels were taken but not replaced with new ones. A bit more eyes on the details could make this place a wonderful holiday accomodation.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond Village. The appartment was clean and basic. The food was wonderful. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially one guy named Phillip, he was very kind. We had a lovely conversation and he took the time to make us feel welcome.

    We really enjoyed our stay at diamond Village. The appartement was clean and basic. The food in the restaurant was wonderfull. Also the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Especially one guy, he was very kind. We had a lovely converstation and he took the time to make us feel welcome.

    I really can't believe some of the stuff I'm reading from others ! We arrived tired, fed up and annoyed after a dreadful flight and an annoying car rental experience, in short just ready to blow a gasket! But were given the warmest of welcomes. All our annoyance disappeared instantly.The accommodation was superb and the setting wonderful. Our room was clean, cool and beautiful with a wonderful view and a great pool.We ate in the hotel a couple of times and the food was perfect. The bar was wonderful and the complex is in easy walking distance of the village which has a lovely selection of bars and restaurants. The staff are absolutely wonderful; very, very friendly and they really do go out of their way to help. In short one of the best places I've stayed.Bravo! And thank you to all at Diamond Villages.

    First time on Crete so finding a hotel was a bit of a shot in the dark. Diamond Stone Suites didn't disappoint. The private pool was sheer luxury, the decor modern and the staff very helpful to us. Enjoyed being in Piskopiano as it's quieter than Hersonissos itself.
