    We stayed for a week at Dimitra Apartments in July, 2024. The location is excellent! Close to the bakery, shops, restaurants and a small supermarket. And the beautifull beach is only about 5 minutes by walk. Our apartment was clear and comfortable. The bathroom is small, but it didn't cause any issue :) There was a complete cleaning in the middle of the week, we got new towels and bedclothes. There is a nice pool in the garden with free sunbeds. If I want to mention any disadvantages is the noise caused by the landing airplanes and the Central Pub (next to Dimitra's) at the nights. Apart from these two negatives I absolutely recommend Dimitra for those who like the simple apartments and good location. Manolis the owner is very kind, he helps everything. I wish we could leave next week again :)

    We had a really great time in crete, the apartment is in a cute street with nice atmosphere where you can find restaurants, bars, souvenirshops and even bakery and a supermarket so it is very convinient. Its also near to the sea. the room and the swimming pool was always clean and the host is very kind and helpful. Greetings from Hungary<3

    We stayed about a week in one of the ground floor apartments. The place was clean enough for us, but regardless there seems to be a cleaning every few days. I really liked the outside shower and clothesline - very welcome additions after a dip in the sea. Apartment guests get 10% off the taverna food - use it, it's worth it. The pizza very good, made from scratch and I also recommend the moussaka and the soutzoukakia (meatballs with tomato sauce). Some reviews mentioned airplanes. Yes, they did indeed fly over us. On the other hand - so did they over just about any accommodation in (Kato) Gouves. I could sleep without any problems. Would stay again.

    They really go the extra mile for you. The food is reasonably priced with large portions. I was most impressed with their service. When my phone was lost, the daughter called to get it back for me, successfully by the way. The father helped give me a ride to the bus stop. The son–in–law was always cheerful and went out of his way to assist me in whatever I needed. It’s a great family. I learned so much from them on being a family and being welcoming and being hospitable. I wish them well. May God bless them all.

    Fabulous food and service here, just returned from our holiday and we found this the nicest place to eat. Each time the food was great and service first class, thank you to the lovely young waiter looking after us each evening and making us feel so special and all a very reasonable price too. Only wish we had stayed at their apartments too, i will know for next time.
