  Lovely hotel very clean but no ramp at the front so not good for people with mobility issues the staff are very friendly and helpful it's a short taxi ride to the main shopping area and villages The pool area is good and plenty of seating areas in the grounds and in the bar area

  I had here an amazing vacation. I was here in the Cucina Restaurant and had eaten the best salmon of my life. And of course the best service from Tereza here. I like it here very much. Also the prices are good and the weather here is perfect for holidays.

  Where to even start! 100% get a holiday booked at this amazing hotel. It deserves to be more than a 2star hotel! This is the only holiday (out of many) that I have genuinely felt cared for by staff. It had such an authentic feel, and everyone was so friendly and lovely. All the staff work extremely hard, and I cannot express how much appreciation I have for each of them. They really made my experience great, and I honestly have no negatives at all. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I definitely want to go back again in the future. I was on a solo holiday and honestly felt so safe. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and is in a great location, under 30mins from airport, 5-10min walk from the beach/shops etc, and close to bus routes also. The pool is lovely, and enough sunbeds around the pool, with some spare most days. No need for sunbed wars here, thank goodness! They are also very comfy sunbeds! The food was great! I went half board, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was buffet style, with good variety and different each day. There was also fruit juice/tea/coffee/hot choc included at breakfast and water at dinner. Breakfast included pastries, bread, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, sausage bacon and fried egg. Dinner was different everyday but always had a lovely Greek salad available. Examples of dinner include gyros, pork, chicken wings, beef, rice, pasta, pizza, garlic bread and loads more. Plenty of seating inside and outside. A table full of board games and cabinet full of reading books available too. There are snack available at reasonable prices during the day, along with drinks and ice-creams from the bar – again reasonably priced. The room was a decent size and bed was very comfy. Cleaned regularly and sheets changed regularly, which is great. Hair dryer in the room. Aircon (7.5 euro per day – I did not need this at the room stayed fairly cool) / Safe (17 euro per week) / Fridge (3 euro per day) / Dinner (if not included in your booking is available for 16 euro per person)Theres a gym that looked well equipped (not that I used it). All staff were very lovely, attentive and welcoming, and just honestly absolutely amazing people! Special thankyou to Nikos, who would always chat to me, and check how my holiday was going. He helped me to know of good places to visit nearby and shared information about crete and Greek traditions with me. He is also great at making cocktails!!! He’s very hard working, if he’s not tidying up/cleaning tables, he’s serving drinks or checking in on guests. Also, special thankyou to Maria, one of the owners of the hotel. She made me feel very at home and I had some lovely chats with her. She also was constantly working hard, serving breakfast, cooking dinner, working on reception and behind the bar. Well done and thankyou so much to all of the staff. Im sorry I did not get all of their names, but I appreciate them all so much. While you stay here, be sure to visit Lychnostatis open air museum (under 10min walk) – beautiful/incredible museum. Wednesdays is wine-feast day where you can tread on grapes, try local food and wine and see Greek dancing.

  We have spent there a very good time in a familiar, clean and friendly hotel.A clean swimingpool, a good breakfast, a littly gym and a lot of helpful people working there with a smile on their face.A special greeting to the Girl at the reception - THx for the Helicopter!! ;-))

  I stayed here one week end of july. Good service. Friendly receptionists. Room was in good conditions and cleaned daily. Airconditioning. Nice swimming pool. Good rich breakfast. Also good evening buffet. Beach can be reached in 10 minutes. Shops and restaurants and bus station quite near. Good price / performance ratio.
