Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We have just returned from this Hotel we have had a fabulous week . We arrived early hours of the Morning and shown to our room . Our room was lovely and spacious and very very clean . The cleaning staff do a fabulous job as do all the Staff in the Hotel . The Food is excellent and the Puddings were fab . Maury the Chief Animator what a Guy he is we had the best week he made us laugh so much we had the best nights . We enjoyed the Daytime Activities loved the Aqua Aerobics . We will be returning in October Next Year we loved this Hotel can’t wait to come back

    Family trip to the Dore Boutique Hotel

    Five of us, ranging in age from 15-50 visited Dore Hotel for the last week of the season. We had a lovely week helped by weather in the 70s and occasionally hotter! We spent a lot of time choosing the hotel and picked the best one for us as a group. We had two rooms with sea views that had a lovely outlook. One of the best sea views, we’ve had.The staff in the hotel were very helpful, we went into Chania one night and they arranged taxis. As we were leaving at the end of the season we were also able to keep our room until we left which was a great help after Jet2 changed the flight many times! With two vegetarians in our party, we had concerns about food but any concerns were unfounded. As a smaller boutique hotel there isn’t a massive choice that you get at resort hotels but there is a good choice and we never went hungry. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Beds were comfy. Our daughter stayed in our room and we still had plenty of space. There is building work taking place next door to the hotel but my understanding is that it is due to be done over the winter months so shouldn’t cause problems for anyone visiting in 2026.Overall we had a lovely holiday and hope to return in the future!     I cannot say enough about this place. Absolutely beautiful in every way. Pool was stunning- everything is clean- the staff are amazing- the food is delicious!!! Don’t think twice when booking.     Absolutely fantastic holiday here, we stayed for 7 nights all inclusiveExcellent price for two of us.When we arrived we had a fruit platter and wine in our room for our wedding anniversary, such a lovely welcome we received. Staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you! The food was excellent with plenty to choose from for breakfast, lunch and evening meal.The hotel is absolutely spotless and well kept. Our room was beautiful and the walk in shower was amazingAll staff were friendly and helpful also funny at times.The entertainment or should I say Chief animator Maury was definitely one of the highlights of the holiday.So entertaining, we laughed so much.     Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, good food, lovely pool, good sized bedrooms. Only a five minute walk from the beach. We have been twice and booked again for next year.
