    Holiday heaven

    This hotel is as close to holiday heaven as you can get. The entertainment keeps everyone smiling, from morning aerobics to tribute shows at night. Our keycard didn’t work properly one evening, but David personally sorted it out, walking us to reception and ensuring we got new cards immediately. The restaurant had plenty of choice each day, and the bar was a fun place to unwind after dinner. David’s presence throughout the stay made us feel well looked after.

    I was here (Eleni Beach Hotel) for 7 nights, in July 2023. We are three members family: 2 adults and one child 13 years old. We had a 2-room apartment with half board.Pro: - location, very close to the beach;- big enough rooms;- every room have individual air conditionner (almost new, year of manufacture 2021);- two balconies, one with a table and 2 chairs, and one with clothes dryer;- pool (I didn't use it at all).Bad:- the bathroom was very tiny, especially the shower area (i'm a skinny guy);I would have appreciated an insect net on the bathroom window.We have had an incident on the first day, after arrival at dinner, one of the employees from the restaurant, who cleans the tables and supervises the guests, took a cup partially filled with drink (beer) from my hand, because it was reserved only for all inclusive guests. His attitude was very rude because I think it would have been nicer to explain to me what I am not allowed as a half board guest, not to snatch my glass from my hand. Later, on other evenings, I noticed this behavior with other guests as well. Was an isolated incident, all others staff was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the ladies at the reception for their help.Tips: For Eleni Beach Hotel guests, the reception for check in is to Stalis Hotel (located approximately 150 m upper on the street, on the right side). For meals, the restaurant is situated at middle, between Eleni Beach Hotel and Stalis Hotel.

    A very good time for a big family like ours

    I shall always tell everybody about our nice experience to Eleni Beach hotel. It was our first vacation after 3 years and first one for the extended family (we now have 3 kids, 2 of seven years and the youngest not even 2). And it was the best option for us: the hotel is almost on the beach - only a small street to cross and you can feel the sand - the room was big and clean (actually a 2 rooms apartment because we need space), the staff friendly and always smiling (as soon as they see you try to say at least good morning and thank you in Greek they smile with the whole face and eyes), the food ok (we had the breakfast and lunch included in our package). For lunch you can decide to go for supermarket yogurt or other easy stuff (since in the middle of the day can be really hot for more consistent food) or for the lovely taverns or restaurants around. We are already thinking next year we'll manage to extend our stay to 2 full weeks.     Spent our holidays in Eleni beach hotel this August! Always happy to come back to this hotel as it never disappoints us. Really close the beach/pool but very peaceful and quite inside.
