Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 20 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the 8:00-22:00-hour reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

    From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and there was no stress. The hotel is well situated across the road from the beautiful beach and supermarket- other bars and eateries nearby also. Our apartment was fabulous and we were regular attendees to the pool and bar area.The pool is great for families or, like us, adults who just want to chill out and catch some rays! Joseph runs the bar with professionalism and Greek kindness. His cocktails are sublime and well priced- every hour is Happy Hour with Joseph. The cleaners are meticulous and so hard working.Reception and helpful and friendly.All together this staff team made our holiday experience 10/10

    We stayed in Elotis suites from 17 Oct for one week as a family of 3 adults and 2 teens. We had room 201 which is by far the best apartment because of the balcony and the view. There is about 15 steps to get upto the apartment so might be an issue for some but for us it was fine. 2 twins rooms which can be made into double beds if needed and also two sofas in the living room for extra beds. Two bathrooms one with shower cubicle and one with a bath. Hob and kettle and sandwich toaster. ( Could do with a toaster but not an issue as we toasted bread on the sandwich toaster. Room cleaned daily and clean towels and bedding apart from Sundays. Air con also. Very comfy beds and pillows. Small pool but was not busy when we went. Bar downstairs really handy to have and nice cocktails. Area is perfect. Its a main road with lots of hotels shops restaurant etc and bus routes. Also we did the little fun train, the wine tasting trip and the olive oil factory both were well worth the money and all of us enjoyed it. Beach is across the road and chania is about 25 mins by bus. Would go back again. Very happy family holiday. Added photos of the view from the balcony of room 201 and also the pool and cocktails.

    Fabulous hotel & area.

    My husband and I stayed at Elotis Suites from the 26th of August to 6th of September. I can honestly say it is a lovely hotel. The staff are knowledgable, friendly & calm.The Elotis bar with Jozef & his staff were fabulous too, sooo friendly. The drinks & cocktails were delicious.Our room was room 203, it was just perfect. Big, modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathroom & shower was also perfect!. We used Alexandra Supermarket, it is cheaper and much friendlier than others.The beach is literally 5 minutes away with the warmest water ever. Everything was just perfect. We would highly recommemd.

    Beautiful good value stay

    We had a wonderful stay, I’ll be honest my first impressions were not great, close to the road and the room was so hot. But once the air-con was working and we had unpacked and gone to explore the beach I had changed my mind!The beds were so comfortable, the shower was also hot and a good pressure, the kitchen area was well equipped, the balcony was lovely as the air-con provided the respite from the heat needed.Breakfast was basic but fresh and more than enough, although there was no sugar for coffee available (minor detail and I survived).The beach is just a 2 min walk away.There is a supermarket just over the road.Plenty of eating places left or right as you leave the hotel.The swimming pool area is small but we always found a sun-bed, the swimming pool was just perfect and we used it everyday.Happy hour was also very good and the cocktails were yummy, the gentleman barman defiantly made the best but they were all good!Only negative was our room wasn’t serviced in two days but it did not affect our holiday and we would definitely return.

    Fantastic location just across the road from the beach, nearby supermarket and restaurants. The apartments are spotlessly clean and well equipped, although could have done with a toaster. Staff are friendly and helpful. Live music on Wednesday night was good. We had a two bedroom apartment and there was a separate AC unit in each bedroom and living area. ( Free) and 3 TVs. Excellent
