    Fantastic accommodation overlooking the sea. High quality apartment /house with 100% privacy. Lovely pool and small garden with barbecue / dining area. Perfect for couples, families, well everybody. Nice hills, trails and small gravel roads for running and hiking. Walking distance to the village but it’s good to have a car due to the steep hill up to the houses.

    There are so many great things to say about our stay here. Pool was great and cleaned often. The cleaner comes regularly and will strip bed and will replace all towels, Beautiful views from the terrace and as long as you have a car you are fairly close too amenities. The only downside was the hill. It’s very steep and we found some of the hire vehicles refused to give us a car based on our location. Luckily we found one 1 day into our holiday otherwise we would have been a bit stuck!

    Super two weeks in this villa - wonderful views and the pool was excellent - all the services were top notch and the villa itself was spotless - yes the road up is steep - but once you master it - its no bother - would recommend to all !     Had the most amazing time. The villa is at the top of a very steep hill, but driving carefully in the car is absolutely fine. It was very peaceful and tranquil. Waking up to the views across the bay cannot be beaten & then a quick 5 minute drive into Elounda for breakfast. Taxis are very easy to get if you do not want to hire a car. Internet is very hit & miss, but made us switch off. A toaster in the villa would be a great addition! Housekeeping was every other day. As others have said, you do lose the sun about 3pm, but is an excuse to pop into town for a quick coffee or cocktail in the late after sunshine.Elounda & neighbouring areas are stunning and the people are very friendly.Recommend Babel in the harbour for breakfast, along with the Terrasse on the main road towards Agios Nikolai (5 mins away, opposite direction to Elounda). Megaro along the seafront was fantastic for dinner, the staff are so friendly and food top quality.Would deffo recommend for a relaxing break.

    Very nice villa with a great view!! We arrived late, in the dark. The road to the villa was very steep the last part. We enjoyed the very well stocked fridge and freezer. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the balcony in the morning!! Beautiful terrace and a lovely swimming pool. Elounda Solfez Villas is highly recommended!!
