    First time to Crete. Island is beautiful. Lots of places to eat and shop on and toward the main road. Now for the hotel. Good location. Cleanliness well not bad, it was cleaned everyday well a cleaner came changed the towels and moped the floor. Dust was everywhere even on the phone.We paid extra for an indoor whirlpool but struck lucky with an outdoor one & yes even on the wet days we used it. The rooms were basic but hey we just need them to sleep & shower in. The beds were too soft for us though. The tv only had one English speaking channel & your not able to cast. It states a mini bar in the room but there was not.We came late at night and the reception staff were lovely even letting us know there was food in our room after our trip and nowhere being open.Pool area was spacious & plenty of sunbeds maybe the time of year the season had only started to open. There is no entertainment. We had the couples massage not my cup of tea but if your into that. The beach is literally a short walk away. Staff were all really friendly.

    It was a very relaxing hotel perfect for waht I needed. The food was nice and a very good choice in the menu.I had a deep tissue massage with Melissa which was great, she was very attentive to apply the correct amount of pressure. Thank you Melissa!!!!!

    I booked Infinity Blue Beach Hotel thru Jet2 as a package and really pleased I did as it was a great Hotel and felt more like a 5 star than a 4 star hotel. On my arrival Joanna showed me my room but there was a strange smell we both noticed. Joanna immediately upgraded me to a much better room with a side view of the beach. Now that's what I call good service. I was on a bed and breakfast deal, as I like to eat out in local Tavernas. The breakfast was very good with a very wide choice of yoghurts, cereals, cold meats, fruit, bacon, has browns, beans etc. There's also a very good omelette station, but generally available after 8am. I usually had peppers, onion and cheese in my omelette which was delicious. The Spa area is also highly recommended I had 3 different massages during my stay and all were excellent and very relaxing.

    Loved our stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to bus routes across Crete. The entire staff were warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming—without a doubt the best we’ve encountered in over 30 years of travel. Special thanks to Elena and Stella for making our stay so memorable. The people of Crete are truly down to earth and special.

    Location is great - wev stayed in many places here ranging from 4* family clubs with young neice to apartments with another couple always had a great time they do really make you feel welcome & valued - arrived in april for a quick break to find that most of the harbour has been demolished! No fancy restaurants by the water no more!! Its all being rebuilt to be much better so thats good..but when booking enorme there was no mention of this which included the famous youtube video advertising the coast beach restaurant i think it was named..but yes step out the lovely hotel grounds following the coast beach signs & nothing but builders trucks blocking your exit to the sea..no beach side food place, now i love a hotel private beach space, its a sense of feeling special for that 1 week...but yea maybe it was out of season but no sunbeds were out, no actual dedicated hotel space could be seen!! So high season if this is what you get then nothing special..wev always paid £12 a day anywhere in crete...so onto the hotel - 1st impression fantastic lush hotel, smells great, looks fresh, staff amazing & giving the vibe they love their job, made us feel so welcome chat chat everywhere, are room was junior suit jacuzzi room...so excited then you start to notice things !! No robes? Slippers? 2 towels to shower & use for hot tub..had a wet bed most nights..only 2 pillows in a very comfy bed may i say, coffee machine in room with 2 free pods then £1 euro each which was fine with us but then the kettle is deadly, it will keep boiling if you dont stop it no safety cut of, very cheap kettle i just dont understand why they use these! Then wooden sticks rather than leave a normal teaspoon very annoying & not 4* standards, the maid would only leave 1 loo roll so we had to hide what we had left before leaving the room, half board was fine for what we had, breakfast decent spread, tea coffee juices etc, but evening meal food great could not complain we ate 2 out of 5nights no free drinks not even water i could see, so its an order from the bar bit more pricy than outside hotel but hey no biggy, we spent a full day by the pool using waiter service cocktails,beers n bubbles was lush & fab service..my moan is being a hot tub room wed expect more towels or matting, i had a nasty slip n fall onto the tiled floor really hurting my back woke up at 4am in so much pain nearly calling A&E! im not putting any blame onto the hotel as i had consumed alcohol..but its a complete slip hazzard maybe consider adding some more protection i.e rubber matting, extra towels, bamboo matts etc, we really wanted to like this place more but after comparing prices/facilities elswhere it confirms we wasnt being picky...i just want this place to pull its socks up add these little fine touches...wev decided today we wont rebook too sad
