    Clean and facilities and pool, WiFi only worked sometimes, beach ca. 500m away. Beds weren't the best, but okay. Houses are located very nicely on hillside with view onto the sea and the surroundings. We nearly always had the pool to ourselves, as its only shared in between 5 small apartments

    No professionalism, no respect to the client

    We, 4 persons, had booked on time, two double rooms for two nights, by calling and talking directly to the manager of Esperides.One day before our arrival, the director called us and said that she didn't have the rooms for the first night. We considered it as a misunderstanding, although there was no such, and we hardly managed to find other rooms (in two different hotels!) the last minute! But the director had the audacity to call us the next day and tell us that there was no room at all for us, and started to apologise.. But there is no apology for such an attitude, for such lack of respect to people that choose your hotel to have their vacation, and end up wondering around to find another room to stay in an unknown place. It is simply unacceptable, and it is the first time someone ever treats (us) like that. The conclusions are yours..
