    Great location, small rooms

    rating29 Apr 2026

Nice fairly new hotel in a great location along the main street of Lisbon. Easy walk to shopping and many restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. Only negative was that the rooms are very small and for some unknown reason have no place to put your clothes other than one small bar and a shelf. No closets or drawers at all. Made staying in the room for four days kind of awkward.

    Do Not stay here!

    rating21 Apr 2026

The reception personnel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. But that is where the good ends. The room is on the small side with no room to put 2 suitcase or even a place to put clothes so you could put the suitcases somewhere. We were there April 18-21, 2026. The first night no complementary water, shower cap ( which I did find later in cupboard with safe), no vanity kit.. nothing but a bunch of towels that I would have thrown out as they were too thin. No water everyday we had to call them each day for one. The first shower the maid left the shower head facing out of the tub area so when I turned it on it sprayed all over the place, so had to use towels to wipe up.. another call to reception. The last day came back to hotel to have a shower and NO towels, only one had towel, another call to reception! The hallways were dark and dreary. Would definitely not recommend this hotel!

    World’s Coldest Hotel

Avoid this hotel. In ALL its rooms the heating system does not work. In a freezing day it is better to sleep in the streets, at least you fo not ppay to freeze.

    Fantastic hotel!

Fantastic stay for a weekend break in Lisbon. The hotel room was modern and best of all quiet! I’ve never stayed in a hotel where noise was to a minimum.Pedro at the bar is a great host, and happy hour 4-7pm makes the drinks really cheap, nice Sagres on tap and evening entertainment.Breakfast nice and plenty to choose from.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

Never come to this hotel read why

    rating27 Feb 2026

I was very disappointed by the hotel’s room service policy.I wanted to order a simple fruit plate listed at €6. However, I was informed that I would have to add a fixed €10 service charge, bringing the total to €16. This is not a percentage — it is a flat €10 fee, regardless of the order amount.I called reception twice to clarify, and I was told that this charge was a “tax.” After checking independently, I could not find any official government tax in Lisbon that applies to room service in this way. It appears to be a hotel-imposed service fee, yet it was presented to me as a tax.Charging €10 to deliver a €6 fruit plate is excessive and, in my opinion, misleading. As a result, I decided not to proceed with the order.Unfortunately, I have booked three nights at this hotel, and this experience has left a very negative impression. Transparency is important. If this is a service fee, it should be clearly stated as such — not described as a tax.I would not stay here again, and I encourage future guests to carefully check all additional charges before ordering room service.
