  Platinum Plus Membership – AccorI recently stayed at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park using my Platinum Plus membership, and it was a fantastic experience.I received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious room on level 9, which included a mini bar and access to breakfast. The room was massive, with a beautiful view overlooking Albert Park and the lake.As part of the membership benefits, I was also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and canapés, which made the stay feel extra special. Considering all the inclusions, the price was very reasonable.The staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I visit. Their warm hospitality truly makes a difference and keeps me coming back.

  Excellent hotel quiet good location and Madeline front of house was very good and check in was breeze with complimentary upgrade Room older style spotlessly clean and comfortable with a bath as requested and very nice view over Albert park Great facility gym indoor pool sauna and spa was a bonus for us Breakfast with a great selection of food and drinks beverages manager FB was a wonderful gentleman called Jack amazing hospitality skills and a credit to Pullman brand Dinner was in bar lounge area as restaurant wasn’t open however full menu and table service was excellent another staff member Simi I think was his name was so polite and helpful Definitely will return to this place as enjoyed location short tram in to the city on nearby st Kilda road

  Rushed at check in, disinterested staff, room dirty with dust all over the dressers and no housekeeping for two days in a row.

  Staying here now and for two nights received no house keeping. Not impressed for the price. Won’t be back.

  Although it's an older building, the room, bathroom and public areas have all been modernised to a good standard. Particularly liked the lobby and bar area - we spent a couple of evenings here enjoying drinks and good bar snacks. Service was excellent and friendly everywhere, specially at the bar (sorry didn't catch the names). Breakfast was the standard buffet (and expensive) but there is also a small cafe for breakfast and lunch snacks.Room was clean and comfortable with expected facilities and amenities. Small bathroom - you can't help but flood the floor because of the shower design so extra bath mats should be supplied. Gold status upgrade to a room with a nice view of Albert Park and the city in the background. The Gold welcome gift is substandard compared to other hotels - just a small chocolate.Good leisure facilities - small pool, gym, hot tub and sauna.Location is half way between the city and St Kilda with a tram stop around the corner. I would usually stay in the city but this was a handy location for a concert I was attending in St Kilda. Price was reasonable and would stay again if I needed to be near St Kilda.
