  Clean, quiet hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Good location for restaurants and facing the beach. We stayed ten days bed and breakfast. Good choice in buffet breakfast and something different everyday.

  Flisvos beach Rhetimno, Crete

  Very modest, althoug very well situated hotel on a walk distance from Rhetimno old town (about 30 min, very pleasant walk along the beach, by hotels, tavernas and shops) and across the beach. Guests and air conditioners are both loud, swiming pooll is small although very needed (strong sea waves). Hotel needs urgent renewal. No soaps and shampoos, take yours with you. Because of strong wind and high waves (7 days of 10 days of our stay) I would not recommend for families with children. Of course that you can rent a car and visit other beaches, but it takes lot of time and effort, so my opinion is that holiday on Crete is for active people, looking for good food, historical sites and natural beauties, ready to walk, drive and sail, rather than for ones looking for lazy holiday. Island is beautiful and full of surprises if you have enough time, strenght and money to investigate it.

  A great 3 star hotel. Fantastic beach area with great service. The beach chairs are free when you buy a drink, otherwise it costs 6euro for a set, so it is worth buying drinks. The reception staff were lovely and so helpful! The rooms were average, outdated, small, yet clean. The beds were very hard and we got two singles pushed together which was not ideal. We did not eat here but the food didn't look so appealing. It is quite a walk to the city, maybe 30 min and we thought we would end up getting a taxi every night but the walk went surprisingly fast with lots to look at and we needed the exercise after all the fabulous Greek food!! You get what you pay for here, nothing more.

  The hotel was very good by all means. Although rooms are not the newest they are very clean and cleaning ladies were coming each day. Poll was really extra and very important especially if you have little kids. As beach is just across the road from the hotel man can easily go and come back to the room when needed.Food was something that was really great and cooks have been preparing tasty buffet dishes, and what is important, different every day (for both breakfast and dinner). Also restaurant have a view to the sea :)All other amenities are in line with hotels category.Contrary to some comments I have only good memories here and would come again.

  Awful! Dirty! No wifi

  Very bad hotel! The night receptionist smokes and the area smells of cigarettes. The cleaners are loud screaming at each other and laughing at 05:00 in the morning. The rooms are dirty.!! Toilet seat and wc in total yellow and dirty. The hotel needs a renovation asap! It is a foreign man there (not a greek) who is working taking money at the beach for the umbrellas and he is disgusting asking why we don't buy beer.. and always taking the first row table at the hotel restaurant seating there smoking and had music on his cellphone. And no wifi!! Rethymno city has free WiFi at tge the centre, coffee places, restaurants! Everywhere wifi except flisvos! The hotel (closets, inner walls) needs washing and painting. Definitely does NOT worth the 80 euros per day !! There are other lovely places around for 40 euros.
