    Amazing stay!

    The staff is very friendly and always helped me with my requests. The hotel is near a wonderful beach and a bus stop right in front going to Chania. The are so many options to take any activity or tour from this hotel, in good prices. Excellent room cleanliness, beautiful view from our room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was also really good.

    Forum Suites is a nice hotel with a good location near the beach. The rooms are great with a small tea kitchen and fridge. The pool is lovely. The restaurant is really good with great breakfast and dinner and good service. The breakfast bags that you get if you leave before 8 am do not match the rest of the service. They cost the same as a full breakfast and they are a joke. So great room for improvement there. But all in all a good childfriendly hotel not too far from Chania.

    Our rooms/apartment in Forum Suites was super! The only fault was the view we were looking at an electrical tower and if you strained your neck you could see the sea. Split over 2 floors, it is nicely finished with excellent AC, hair dryer, shower and lighted mirrors which I particularly appreciated.The staff in the hotel are really attentive and helpful. The only fault is the breakfast. It seemed to me that it was made early in the morning and left for hours. The eggs that were available were just about edible. With the setup and staff it would be great to see eggs made to order. On the plus side, they were able to provide me with gluten free bread.The bus to Chania (20 minutes) leaves from right outside the hotel and you can buy tickets at reception - all very easy.

    We went on our first holiday with our baby, so we stayed at the hotel most of our stay. The pool was nice and restaurant excellent. Since we never went far, we didn’t think to use our safety box for our stuff, and during our stay, we noticed cash missing from our wallet, missing sunglasses and missing powerbank. A new thing each day. We suspect the cleaning lady that cleaned our room each day, but when we confronted the hotel, they told us, they’d look into it, and never got back to us.     lovely couples retreat

    we visited the hotel for a week on the 11th august with my spouse. the girls at the reception desk are helpful and kind , the rooms are big and the hotel is next to the beach. literally you can cross the road and take a dive! clean, neat and tidy, we even got beach towels! the breakfast was very satisfying with a range of food to choose from - fresh fruit salad every morning ,fresh made cake, home made pie and so on. the restaurant is big and it's suitable for all times of the day, we had our every day breakfast there, lunch once and even dinner one night and it was delicious!. everything was perfect!!! the staff of the restaurant is friendly and polite and well mannered and very careful with all the covid restrictions always cleaning and wearing masks. perfect time in chania!
