The hotel has 23 suites, 23 single rooms and 81 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I visited this elegant hotel for 5 nights with friends. It had a lovely warmth to it, we so enjoyed the breakfasts and I would just like to thank all the staff, who are a credit to the hotel, for the wonderful service and such kindness.

    What a splendid hotel! All the staff are warm and friendly, they cannot do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. Always a smile and a way of making you feel part of the family’.Always professional and efficient but not obsequious or distant.In particular: hotel reception can solve any of your issues, enquiries, requests or problems.The Vetri Restaurant staff are meticulous in their care but also rigorous in making sure everything is done properly. No one is ever still, constantly making sure the guests are taken care of.We would here like to particularly mention Natalia, who took great care of us every evening in the Per Se restaurant and Demetrius, who supervised our breakfast experience assiduously.And, by the way, I challenge you to think of anything you would like for breakfast that isn’t provided!!!There is even a glass of Prosecco, if fancied!
