Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers and families, this resort is situated in a quiet area in Kolymbari, right by the sea. The nearest airport is Chania (CHQ), located approximately 40 km away.

Facility

The resort has 150 rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Those who don't want to neglect day-to-day business can make use of the secretarial service. 2 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of the rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Dining facilities include 4 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. The resort offers a wide range of catering options. All-inclusive and all-inclusive special can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We loved the place,the food was excellent,the room good size,close to the beach,clean and pleasant atmosphere.There is a monastery called the Mother of God Odigitria Gonia close to the hotel very worth visiting.Would like to urge anyone who is visiting to feed and give some water to the homeless cats there,some of those poor creatures have been injured by humans and need castration,they live on the right when you leave the hotel.     Our first time at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Very relaxed atmosphere even though it is a sports and leisure hotel, everyone doing their own thing from yoga, aqua aerobics, chilling by the huge pool, which is very shallow and safe. Plenty sun beds on the gross which is nice as not baking hot and lots of space. We didn’t have a swim up room but they looked good.Food is great and the al a carte is definitely worth a visit, the squid starter was amazing and the wine choices excellent.The staff are the best thing about this place, so attentive and friendly. A special mention to Antonis who never seemed to leave!     A “White Lotus” holiday!

    An amazing stay! The place is well located, in a quiet area away from the busy town, but right across from a bus stop that can take you to Chania centre for €3.20 (very convenient). The hotel is something out of the “White Lotus” series; fantastic pools, right in front of the sea, great restaurants, and best of all; amazing staff. Everyone is sooooo friendly that you literally feel like hugging them. You can enjoy great cocktails until 1am, and no rubbish brands. It was really sad to leave, but this will definitely be our choice of place whenever we’re back in Crete!     Not A Five Star Hotel

    Feel rather disappointed that we were sold this holiday as a 5 star hotel never in this world is it!!I have been in better 4 star hotels than this. Our Bedroom although big was very dark and extremely tiredThe bathroom was in need of attention black mould around the bath and shower, there was a leak from the shower that ran by the toiletHotel was full of Lycra clad Swedish/Danish who were loud and seemed to take over the restaurant and the pool area!As one group left another group arrived.Garden area near the pool was a little unkept needed attention there seemed to be a leak on one area of the garden near the restaurant which was getting muddySnack bar other than fruit food was awfulFood was average not 5 star!
