    Advertised as a 3 star apartment but the reality is far from it. Old furniture and aplliances, no wi-fi connection, although there is a password written on the door, poor cleaning services (7 nights we stayed and the floor hasn't been swipped at all). When we asked for another room in the other building, which was renovated, the representative became rather verbally agressive. Not a friendly place. I do not recommend it.

    The perfect Greek Taverna

    Golden Dream Beach Cocktail bar is a perfect example of Greek life. With a fantastic option of Greek cuisine, set high with a fantastic view, Stavros runs a relaxing taverna. His customer service is expceptional as he is always going above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and needs are catered for. He always reassures a wait for food (no more than 30 minutes when busy) but who cares when you’re in Crete with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean and your mousakka is being freshly made. We stayed in Crete for a week and ate here multiple times as we were never disappointed. 10/10!

    Just home from our 10 day visit here and safe to say we will definitely come back. The apartment owners from day 1 made us feel very welcome and went out their way to continuously to make sure our stay the best it could be. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels changed regularly and the aircon worked very well. Both the hotel and restaurant/bar had good WiFi also.The restaurant/bar is owned by Stavros who’s customer service is 10/10.. he always went out his way to ensure we were happy and always had a smile on his face. We will miss the hosts here at golden dream and can’t wait to return.

    We have a lovely holday at the Golden Dreams hotels . Amazing friendly service , Very clean apartments and good food . Apartments were cleaned daily . Stravos and Marianne were both lovely and run the bar and restaurant which opens at 12 midday until late and so accomdating. Its a shame there are so many all-inclusive properties around which means there fewer customers eating outand enjoying tje local bars and real Greece . Costa runs the apartments well and was really accomdating with regards to ou revening flights in allowing us to stay in the aparments in the day . This personalised service would not be available in bigger establisments . Stravos and Costa are very committed to the hotel and take pride in the place although Costa's English is not good he was so helpful and any thing we asked was done very promptly . The wifi was hit and miss at times but this was for short periods and was usually avalable in either the apartment or the bar as there are two different bussinesses. The area is amazing and beaches are beautiful although its a steep hill back up the hotel but the view from the hotel is beautiful . You will not be disappoined if you enjoy personalised service

    Nice location to travel around.friendly personnelMrs Mary (owner) was very helpful!Good restaurant/bar located on side!Apartment was very clean and also was a cleaner passing every day from apartment to tide up.
