Location

This spa hotel is located in a quiet area about 22 km from the tourist hotspots, and it is 25 km to the centre of Panormos. It is ideal for parents with children. The club is located just steps from nightlife and shopping.

Facility

This spa hotel was renovated in 2025. Guests have a choice of 419 rooms, including 48 suites and 4 apartments, located in a 3-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a page service. Bicycle storage for no extra charge is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning (no extra charge), individually adjustable heating and a heating stove ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a whirlpool bath and a baby bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The club has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether sporty and active or in need of a more restful kind of holiday, guests can find the perfect place to forget the daily grind in the pool area, which includes 6 outdoor pools and an indoor pool (no extra charge). There are children's pools as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, archery, Nordic walking and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, golf, paddle tennis, paragliding, fishing and horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating, canoeing, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling, diving and parasailing. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards and table football. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a hammam, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments, aromatherapy and a reflexology massage. Third-party operators offer a reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast (continental, early riser, late riser and warm), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, halal food, lactose-free food, vegan food and whole, unprocessed foods can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as international brands and house favourite brands are included.

    We really enjoy staying in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Selection of food and drinks is so wide and very delicious. Ideal place for families with kids. Couples without kids may find common places a bit noisy. There is a small village next to the hotel with small shops and restaurants.     Hotle is clean staff friendly and very helpful. Food is lovely and changed every day with loads of choices.     We had great time with our 2-years kid. Wide choice of good food for all of us. A lot of attractions for the whole days even in April.     What you book and what you get is not the same

    I came with my family, including 2 kids: 3 years old and 7 years old, to this hotel back in July. After flying several hours and then an hour drive from the airport, it took us about an hour to check in. We arrived at the hotel around 14:00.Once we got the key, we have been informed that the room type that we have specifically asked for is not available..., instead we will receive a superior room (Casa Marina Maisonette next to the Aquapark).Now I remember the lady told us that if we will like the room, we can stay there. The room was very nice, nothing wrong there, but having small kid on those steep stairs between rooms, was a bit of a concern for me. But since we are staying only few days, I didn't want to bother with moving around.Surprise! We got next day a message that we need to free up the room, as it's not something we have paid for. Ok, fair.But Dear Hotel, when I am paying 4k EUR for a vacation, I expect to get what I have paid for, nothing more, nothing less... I didn't make any mistake in paying 20 EUR less or anything like that, so it will be fair from your side to give back what you have agreed, nothing less. I don't want to waist my time packing and moving around the hotel with 2 kids.. No ridiculous discussions about ''compensations'', meaning a dinner in the Italian restaurant. Really?? I have been asked by the stuff 3 times during my stay, if I want a reservation there, for free. There is nothing special there, so your idea about compensation is ridiculous.I don't even want to receive a feedback from you. Now coming back to the overall experience. The food was very good, nothing to complain, plenty of choices. I didn't try all the restaurants, but I can highly recommend the BBQ one by the sea. The combination of great food an sea view is perfect. The stuff was very kind and helpful.There are parties and shows for the kids in the arena, they have enjoyed this part a lot.The beach is small, with clear rules, but of course you have lots of guests that are blocking the spots/ sunbeds with their towels and going for breakfast for few hours. Unfortunately the kids that are looking for this area of the hotel are arriving late, around 10:00, when they are opening the beach bar.Be careful on those stairs between the 2 areas of the Aquapark, I have seen a lot of people injuring themselves, including myself.
