The hotel was built in 1875. The hotel has a lift and features 3 suites and 46 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Very beautiful hotel and a very nice staff!We arrived late, after a delayed flight, but that was no problem and we even had an upgrade room.Excellent breakfast, free parking, good location close to old Chania.We were so well in the hotel, so we booked for another night.

    Stayed at Halepa for 10 days and really liked it. Nice room, cleaned daily, staff always friendly. Great place to have for your daily trips. When back you can have some more relax time on the rooftop with whirlpool. Hotel has a large parking area at the back.

    My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Halepa Hotel. It truly was a first-class experience from check-in to check-out. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The rooftop space is beautiful with stunning views. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed it in the lovely front garden. The staff was very accommodating in providing dinner options and even stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The location is outstanding. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet an easy walk to Old Town Chania and the historical sites. I truly hope our travels once again bring us to Chania where will will once again stay at Halepa Hotel.

    This is a lovely hotel in an elegant old building. The rooms are fully modernised and the staff couldn't be more helpful. It is in a quiet spot which is a delightful 20 minute walk into Chania old town. Breakfast in the hotel garden is a joy. I can even forgive the cold fried eggs. Highly recommended.

    Run away! You can hear every sound from the other rooms: snoring, doors slamming, furniture moving, every little movement! -The air conditioning doesn't work. - Wifi doesn’t work and mobile phone doesn’t work inside the bedrooms.- It's like being in a campsite, hearing and living with other people! When I reported this to the receptionist the next morning, she was obnoxious, didn't listen, had no empathy, and questioned my word: a disgrace! That's no way to treat a customer. She even reproached and accused me of having called the night receptionist, no apology, no commercial gesture! I wrote 2 e-mails to the hotel manager: he never had the respect to reply or apologize. - Breakfast: plastic eggs, chemical orange juice with bits of filthy deposits (see photo),- customer service: not up to 3-star standards. You're just a walking bank to them. Thanks God I'd only booked one night! A beautiful hotel on the outside, old-fashioned on the inside, but the worst thing is the morning receptionist: no sense of customer service and diffamatory remarks. In France she would be fired. Horrible experience. I booked another hotel with sea view the following night.
