    Staying with Nikos and his family is like being at home. Whatever you need or want - Nikos and his Crew are pleased to help.Even travelling in my wheelchair is never a problem. We'll be back soon and are really looking forward to our stay.

    Just spent a week at haris apartments Nicosia was a brilliant and really helpful host. The room was very good and everything worked unlike other establishments we've stayed in.Would highly recommend

    Well located Hotel, not too far from everything you want or need in a holiday. Close to the beach, shops, bars and for those who need it a swimming pool, with a bar ofcourse.Lots of fun and interresting things to do nearby as well, the local aquarium Aquaworld for example , the cretan life museum Lychnostasis and if you are into slides ,watersports and parties there is Star Beach among many other atractions.As said or written better "said" a brilliant and well located hotel to stay near K.T.E.L. busstops that will get you anywhere on the island or just book a tour if you are less adventurous.I failed to find the mold mentioned in another review and to my opinion the apts get cleaned often enough. During my two week stay at least 6 times.

    Don’t know where to start really. Reception was left unmanned all the time, meaning anyone could walk in and take room keys etc, very poor security if you ask me! Room was also cleaned once during our stay, when challenged about it I was patronised and foul language was used in conversation by Nikos the receptionist which I found extremely unprofessional. When the cleaner did finally come into our room and clean it, we had took it upon ourselves to try and clean the towels that they had given us to use (which hadn’t been changed in 5 days) as well as our own 2 towels which we had brought. We then hung them out to dry and the cleaner came the same day and took all of the towels, including ours and then had the cheek to say we owed them €30 to replace their towels as they had a few marks on them and tried to say that we had lost one of their towels as well. We had a lengthy argument about it on our last night with Nikos as they had only returned 1 of our towels and the 2nd one they had lost was worth more than the sheets of sandpaper that they called “towels”, They then reduced the fee to €15. In the end to swallow my pride and stop my night getting ruined I gave them €10 which is what I had in my wallet and was going to give the other €5 before our transfer picked us up on the assumption they would give us the “dirty towels” that we’d paid for, as all they needed was a wash. For them to conveniently not be in reception to give us our towels that we’d paid for. And then to add to that the pool wasn’t even open every day, for no other reason that I don’t think they could be arsed to clean it. And when it was not open the door to the pool area was not locked and had no signage meaning that anyone could just walk in there, and working in pool management in the UK myself I know for a fact that pool should have been behind a locked door. Plant room not running, water level not high enough to skim the top of the water, just a sanctuary for bacteria really. And then on top of it all they told us our check out was at 12pm for the cleaner to let themselves into our room and trying kicking us out at 10am, disgraceful service!!!Only thing that saves it, is it is in a prime location in the beautiful Hersonissos. But there’s plenty of other hotels that are as well, so I’d definitely advise choosing one of them!
