    When we just arrived to our hotel we were relocated to another one nearby, for one night, because our room was occupied. The hotel is not well cleaned. The air conditioners are very dusty. When I entered the room, I found it messy, a dirty sock under the wardrobe. The food deserves 4, the staff 4, the hotel itself 3*, and the cleaning only 1*. Probably you have mistaken about your movement to somewhere else, because we never do overbooking, and moving of our Guests to different hotels, not even for an hour (since the opening of the hotel 10 years ago). Checking your reservation, we realize that you had a reservation for a room in the Annex building, just beside the Main one, and that is why you were offered a correct room in the Annex building, exactly what you booked. We shall try more next time to provide you with better services! Until then!

    Great experience at Harma

    This hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, the cost is 45€ per route. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel because we arrived late at night. The driver was a young man, very helpful and meanwhile driving he was explaining us the city.The hotel is half board with breakfast and dinner. Even though we did the check-in very late, they offered us the dinner, some delicious food and desserts.Mr. Manos, the man in the front desk who welcomed us, was very polite, he explained carefully every detail, what was included etc.The hotel has different buildings, but we had our room in the main building. It is located in a very calm area.Room was cleaned, comfy and delightful.A pool is located in front of the main building, they give you free towels and you can change them every 3 or 4 days. The area close to the pool is very nice and comfortable.A bar is located close to the pool, they have a menu for snack and drinks, the prices are very economic and the quality is very good. Zaharia, the man who works during the day time is very kind and helpful. His cocktails were great.Pool time is from 10.00-18.00.They have a gym also that requires reservation.Breakfast is the same everyday but it has a lot of varieties, orange juice was good and the fruit yoghurt also.They ask you if you have any allergies.The kitchen team is great, they did an excellent job, we stayed there 7 days and every dinner was different, one night chinese, mexican, greek, italian, etc.You can choose to eat your meal inside, in the restaurant or close by the pool.They also serve drinks (with payment) during dinner time and after. Big thanks to the special barman Ben and Alkeo. Two amazing boys who work there, taking care of anyone's needs with a big smile and an excellent behaviour.In Crete everyone love cats, so you can find them everywhere, they stay around the pool during the day, but they don't bother anyone so it's okay.We were very pleased by the hotel, the service and the staff but they should work a little bit more on the room cleaning. It is said that they change the bathroom towels everyday and the linens every 3 days.     Very good dinner

    Dinner variations were really good but breakfast was repetitive. Room was nice and had a big balcony. Bathroom light was very dim which i didn’t like. Also the information letter says breakfast until 11 but actually it’s until 10:30, so keep that in mind if you’re staying there. Waiting staff were nice and polite.     everything was great. I liked everything. The room was clean, the food was great, the staff was nice and friendly. The bartenders always made delicious cocktails.     A really good experience staying here. The staff are very polite. The breakfast and dinner was superb. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and nightlife.
