    A fantastic hotel in all aspects. Facilities and services were superb. Cleanliness was second to none. The food available at all the restaurants was excellent and staff throughout the hotel were great, especially the reception stafff. Attention to details makes this a great hotel for a relaxing break.

    I felt thoroughly at home here. The staff were so friendly and didn't mind my endless questions! The beach is literally on the doorstep, with cocktail service, and the restaurants are top quality. The room was super clean and had a ton of facilities, even a bottle of wine on arrival! I have already booked my return trip for next year

    Visited this hotel as a solo traveller , about a 45 minute drive from Chania airport.arrived at the hotel and struggled to find the hotels parking lot, had to park on the side of the street and run into reception for someone to explain to me where it was , not obvious at all.First impressions once parked was it looked nice enough , 5 star impression not but I had to give it a chance.Got into my room and again the room was nice enough , shower gel was empty and maybe some might not care but under the bed and sofa was not cleaned , again not a major deal but not 5 star impressions again, I didn’t make a fuss but got a fresh new shower gel.The hotel is right on the beach which is nice , 2 pool areas , one really small and one in the front/reception area maybe 4-5 times the size of the smaller one , not the greatest pool areas but also ok.I stayed all inclusive and tried all the restaurants, the overall food experience for me was good, maybe a 7/10 standard for the most part with a couple of exceptions maybe higher and lower but that’s a rough ball park for me.Entertainment was poor overall.Service was good but again not 5 star , I had a bottle of wine every night and not once was my glass topped up when nearly empty/empty , but all the staff where friendly/smiley and nice.Gym area is small and basic , dumbbells up to 14kg.Spa area is basic but nice enough , big jacuzzi in the middle and steam and sauna room in each side.I had an hours deep tissue massage and what a disappointment, the girl was lovely and the massage was nice enough but not deep tissue , she obviously didn’t have the capability but I should of said something but didn’t want to make a scene but as a soft massage nice (just not what I wanted and I did say to her a few times deep tissue) The area the hotel is based is all very basic , definitely designed more for relaxing as not really loads to see or do so hiring a car is definitely a good decision in which I done so got out and about every day to see other towns/history.Overall I had a nice stay and the all inclusive was definitely worth it but just didn’t quite hit the mark but still enjoyed my stay. Mainly a german clientel

    The hotel is beautiful, had a few pools which are quiet and easy to get a sunbed. The check in process was thorough and personalised; a drink on arrival was a nice touch. We upgraded to the swim up private pool room which was nice however it isn’t in the main new building it’s towards the back of the hotel. It is designed in multiple blocks. The rooms were clean apart from a slightly sewage smell in the showers but you do get that abroad. The beach is a stone throw away from the hotel but it gets very busy. The buffet breakfast was average, no lattes or cappuncinos, only black coffee which was disappointing. Unless we paid extra, after already paying for bed and breakfast. The pastries were stale and not fresh. The breakfast at the restaurant was better, the food was nice and you could order multiple dishes and get lattes or cappuccinos however sometimes the waiters would forget our orders or bring them out at different times; we wanted to eat breakfast together. You can get a latte at the restaurants for breakfast but they sometimes forgot that too. The steal restaurant was really good, you get 25% off staying at the harmony I would 100% recommend it was our best meal of the holiday. Overall, we had a nice time but Georgioupolis is a really quiet town, there aren’t many bars, and none play music there is not much vibe at all.

    A beautiful hotel! We have just spent 5nights at the Harmony Boutique resort & would highly recommend a stay there.Every single member of staff we came across was super friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.Our room (we chose double room pool exclusive) was great. It was spacious, had a lovely shower (toiletries provided were lovely although I would have liked some conditioner!), the patio & pool were fab-we spent a couple of mornings relaxing here rather than by the main pools or beach.The beach bag left for us in the room was a nice touch as was the bottle of wine & cookies-little thoughtful extras.The beach was always clean with plenty of loungers (the beauty of going in October!).The main pool didn’t get a huge amount of sun throughout the day but we used the smaller pool which was lovely.The Ophelia restaurant was excellent for breakfast with a huge range of different options. Evening, 5 course meals were also excellent.The Autograph restaurant had superb food & changed menus daily.We would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with no young children running around!
