  this hotel was an absolute hidden gem!! feels so so luxurious as soon as you enter. The private beach at your feet is so beautiful with beautiful sunsets in the evening. The hotel and rooms overall are so clean and modern. We stayed for 9 days and felt so relaxed and refreshed did not want to leave. The staff are so friendly especially the bar man, we were all inclusive so food was amazing too lots of variety. Lots of local shops but not much to do, but easy cheap access to buses that take you into the beautiful rethymono town where there is so much to see and do too. We also did a day trip into Chania which was fun, would definitely recommend doing a trip into lake kournas for breathtaking views and paddle boating which isn't too far, we also went to falassarna beach for a day which was great but we had bad weather, definitely recommend doing the bus tour into the mili gorge mountains for beautiful scenery too. overall would love to come again 10/10 recommend.

  The harmony hotel. Fantastic hotel. With a few minor downsides.

  A cracker of a hotel. Spotless clean. Ideal destination for couples. Not so much for families,due to lack of activities for kids during day and night. Kids and teens took to watching iPads and phones. €20 in taxi to the town. 15 min drive. The staff are easily the best I have encountered. The kitchen staff are the friendliest bunch and happy go lucky. Always smiling. The hotel was bomo under former management and YouTube videos reflect that. That’s why you might see kids clubs and Activities under former owner. Unfortunately nightlife was limited. Especially if you are a nine drinker. Only so much all inclusive fizzy drinks one can drink. I would talk to the skirting board and found majority where Eastern European,kept to themselves and didn’t engage. At night they would hog the queue and the bar man’s time by ordering shots and vodka. But they where put in their place by the Barman. The sea is at the foot of the hotel. You could fall out of bed and fall into the sea. The sea floor is stoney and large boulders. Buy sea shoes in local shop. Be prepared to get up at 6am to put your towel on your recliner. Come 7am. All the beds on the and around pool will be taking. Even tho the pool opens up at 10am. Watching the sunset whilst swimming in sea is. Breathtaking. A trip to the town is a must too €18 in taxi one way. Travel in comfort…15 mins. Great restaurants and pubs. Nothing too ladish and you are not getting lured in or pestered either.If getting taxi. Get a card from reception for return visit. Most taxi drivers don’t recognise it as the harmony. Only as bomo

  Lovely looking hotel, with such friendly and helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome at all times. The food wasn't too bad, had a wide selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner... with an option at the pool snack bar. Had a lovely salad bar, with delicious tzatziki🤪🤪. Unfortunately, there wasn't a huge amount to do around the hotel, situated in quite a rural area, however the bus into town came every half an hour at only €1.60 (one way pp).The hotel has a nice private beach, but, it is quite rocky, I would advise sea shoes to be worn.A very clean hotel, we often saw staff cleaning, even the rooms not in use. My only issue in our room was the bathroom. It was very clean, but the way the shower is, often caused puddles of water to occur all around the bathroom - which made it pretty slippery and not a pleasant experience going to the toilet at night getting wet feet. The towels were not changed often in our room, which I would have liked also.Hotel is now known as Harmony Rethymno Beach, which did cause some issues with our coach pick up on our way back to the airport.Overall, I would return to this hotel😊😊

  Beautiful hotel, staff are really friendly and nothing is a problem, was a shame there was no entertainment on the evening however we were early in the season. The food was nice and the chef would always make sure we were enjoying food and anything he could do for future days. The little private beach is really nice and there are plenty of sunlounges. Bus into the town comes every half an hour and only costs €1.60. Deffo recommend!

  Well, the hotel looks nice but thats maybe the only positive thing I could say about this place. Since the very beginning I found the staff really unprofesional. The whole process of arriving was chaotic and we had to help others with the check in. The receptionist just pointed at some printed QR code, and didnt care about all the older people that obviously didnt know whats going on and some of them even hadent smartphones. You have to get up at 6:00 so you have at least some place on the beach or by the pool. The sea was clean but the entering ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD FOR OLDER PEOPLE OR CHILDREN AND ITS DANGEROUS . It is a must to mention it on their webside!!!!! Its full of giant stones and it was hard even for me (22yo) to enter the sea. The food was Ok. For 7 nights we stayed in this hotel, they cleaned our room two times and changed bed sheets only once. The bar is really not full of snacks during day, there is nothing. I am really dissapointed. And its hard for me to watch how they treats older people. No more. Již od samého zacatku, kdy jsme museli pomáhat s checkinem ostatním starším lidem, protože paní recepční se nehodlala nijak bavit a bylo ji úplně jedno, ze nikdo neví co má dělat, mi bylo jasne ze to nebude úplně Ok. První ráno - zjištění ze si na dovolené nemáte kam lehnout, protože u bazénu ani na plazi není žádné volné lehátko, takže si nemyslete, ze si na dovolené odpočinete, udete muset vstavat v 6:00, jinak lezite na zemi. V papírech jsme se docetli ze se kvůli covidu neuklizi tolik jako obvykle. Realita- za 8 dni pobytu byl “úklid” proveden dvakrát. Někteří jiní účastníci za cely pobyt neobdrželi úklid ani jednou. Jidlo bylo v pohode. Poslední dny se výrazně zhoršovalo. Nebylo na výběr tak jako na zacatku. Přístup do moře je samostatná kapitola. ROZHODNE NENÍ VHODNÝ PRO STARŠÍ LIDI A PRO DĚTI, VLASTNĚ NENÍ VHODNÝ PRO NIKOHO. Nechapu jaktoze to nebylo nikde zmíněné. Velmi nebezpečný a nepřístupný. Sledovat starší lidi, kteří si jedou odpočinout na dovolenou k moři a pak se do more ani jednou nedostanou, protože to přes obrovské kameny nejde, byl fakt smutny. Mohla bych tady toho psát hodně. Přes den opravdu žádná svacina ve snack baru není, komunikace otřesná. Proste achjo. Rozhodne neodpovídá ceně. Nedoporučuji.
