  Lovely hotel, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great location only about a 15 min walk into Chania but some great restaurants close to the hotel too! Snack bar good and huge portions in my opinion! Secure luggage containers if you need them

  Hotel good nice location 15min walk to old town. Good size room well stocked kitchen modern facilities pool in shade by afternoon and only 11 sunbeds so had to use hotel beach sunbeds charged 15 euro a day which is not on when paid 1100 for the week should be included like other hotels. We were there in September still busy. Food at bar area good choice. Most rooms offer some sea views. Can recommend for a stay.

  Rated 3* more like 5*Room everything you need, hob, fridge, kettle, 2 coffee machines, iron and board and a proper hairdryer.Shower didn’t flood bathroom.Pool adequate, sun trap and sunbeds around the pool, too hot for us to sit there.Cafe/snack bar excellent, portions too big and we ended up sharing a dish.Bar and staff excellent.Location perfect, lots of restaurants and Chania old town about 20 min walk, but good walk with bars etcBeach perfect, sunbeds payable but you can just sit on sand. Cleaner is first class and makes room look like a show house

  Second time to Hotel Christina. Brilliant position, lovely staff, rooms big, well equipped and clean. 10/15 mins walk to chania old town, but if want to stay local very good bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Food at hotel Bar very good value, big portions, fresh and tasty. Beach lovely, a few stones getting into the sea. Beach beds and umbrellas to hire.

  I booked a luxury apartment for first night and upon arrival the receptionist told me that hotel is overbooked and they can not give me luxury apartment and I will only get a classic apartment!! Since I am a light sleeper, a week before my stay I asked for a quiet room. Despite my request, they gave me a very noisy room facing a busy street that buses, motorcycles and cars passes all day! Their rooms are not sound proof at all! Originally I booked 4-nights, and after having one sleepless night, I decided to have early check out and I asked for a refund for the remaining of the nights and they only refunded half of my money for the last 3 nights despite not being able to give me the type of room that I booked and being able to accommodate my request for a quiet room!This hotel is not a 4-star hotel! Their rooms, lobby and customer service is not like a 4-star hotel. I stayed in more than 15 hotel all over Europe in last 4 years and never faced these issues in any other hotel!
