Location

This hotel is situated in the centre of Heraklion. Various shopping and entertainment facilities are to be found in the vicinity of the hotel. Transfer to Heraklion airport takes around 20 min.

Facility

    Location is great and central but all the rest was horrible. Breakfast was always coldCarpets are dirtyRooms are small and stuffy.We can hear everything outside and from the rooms close by.No blanket just a thin sheet.Beds -the most uncomfortable ever!!!Broken back.Pillows are thinStaff just ok. They answer your question and try to help you out.Would NOT recommend.

    We had all family a comfortable stay with kind hostesses. The breakfast with high quality products for all tastes. And the surprise of us was the jazz bar 1866. We suggested for a nice visit on this city because you could approach the market on foot and do walks all day and night!

    Hotel located in an excellent position, next to the bus stops for both the airport and Karteros Beach. In the immediate vicinity of the Venetian walls, the port (with the fortress), bars, restaurants and streets with small shops etc. I really want to say thank you to the reception staff in particular to the guy who helped us plan the excursions for the whole island (the excursions they have not excessive prices and in the tours you have enough time to wander independently in the various places) ask for the catalog at the reception.Sometimes you will heard noise from the street, but it depends on people outside, and some … hotel guests.

    Fantastic location, walking distance to most things in the city.Rooms are small and cozy. Very clean. Staff were very friendly with exception to the breakfast team?. However the room attendants and especially the lady with the cool glasses at the front desk were the best and most helpful that Greece has to offer.Thank you it’s because of you we left Greece with a warm and fuzzy feel!
