Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this complex lies in Panormos, about 100 m from a shingle beach open to the public. There is a bus stop just outside the door.

Facility

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 454 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 3 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.     Unfortunately this hotel falls very short of 4 starLocated in the middle of no where, beaches are very poor and photos are not realistic Food at Buffet very poor quality, pizza, chips, beige food budget rubbish, don’t get seated, all drinks self serve , all drinks watered down Impossible to book any other restaurant in hotel, all fully booked or currently closed Evening entertainment absolutely awful , Rooms were clean but very very small, water in room not as standard , has to be requested Overall , very very poor, wouldn’t recommend, if it was maybe 60-80% cheaper it would be acceptable, but much better hotels in Europe for this price range

    We have just come home from a weeks stay at Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare.The hotel is truly beautiful, The location is picturesque, and the gardens around the hotel are stunning and so well kept. You have 7 different pools to choose from so you won’t ever struggle to get a sun bed unless you want a sunbed at the main pool then it can be a bit of a struggle but you have plenty more pools to choose from. The entertainment staff are brilliant, The evening entertainment is very good and the staff put a lot of love and attention in to their work.We stayed in a family bungalow for a family of 4 and it was perfect, cleaned every day, spacious and very modern. We have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and this hotel is by far the best for food, There was so much choice and the food was great, the only downside was I have a nut allergy and found when it came to deserts it wasn’t always sign posted if the food contained nuts, also they do cater for the children but it would be nice to have a few more options for children on evening. They have an hourly train that runs to take you in to the old village which is lovely, there isn’t a lot to do but worth a visit and they have some lovely bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. a taxi in to the town is about 20/25 minutes and is about 25 euros each way, lots of bars cafes, bars, shops and restaurants and a lovely harbour. We have had a great stay at Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare and would definitely rerun and recommend.

    We arrived at the hotel last evening (15/05/26). We have been coming here since 2016, however we were not able to make it last year due to my partner having an operation, so we had not experienced the recent updates.The new reception, lobby bar, Italian restaurant look amazing.     The location of this resort is beyond beautiful, we just couldn't get enough of those breathtaking ocean and cove views. The resort was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you for accommodating our request to stay beyond the usual check-out time when EasyJet rescheduled our return flight by nearly 11 hours - this thoughtful gesture took away so much of the stress on the final day of our stay. Kallitsa, Victoria, Olga and others in the reception team are truly a credit to the hotel.The restaurant staff were equally warm, friendly, and attentive, creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.
