    A great stay at Ibis styles hotel, definitely to be recommended to anyone visiting the city of Heraklion. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and many of the main attractions. It made exploring the city very easy and convenient.The service was also very good. The staff extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.Very comfortable and cozy rooms, with a full package of facilities and amenities.Additionally, it offers an exceptional breakfast, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. It was the perfect way to start the day before going out to explore.Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. With its central location, very good service, and excellent breakfast, it’s a fantastic choice for city break or business trip.

    Terrible room.No air in the room whatsoever. We asked in reception to turn the heating down but they said it’s ” set on a certain temperature ” so nothing they could do about it. We tried to sleep with the balcony door open but it was too noisy as the hotel is very central. Also early in the morning you can hear the planes taking off. We all had terrible sleeps. There’s way too much competition in Heraklion so you can stay somewhere else much better for the same price. Also, the room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing. Staff is very friendly.

    The Ibis hotel was a good fine. Reasonable rates and clean comfortable room. Good location too - we walked from the ferry port and close to restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast is great! Only complaint was the room was hot and the a/c did not work well.

    Excellent hotel on all counts. We had a wonderful, big, comfortable room on the 5th floor, with 2 walls of windows facing the harbour and the fort as well as a view of the mountains beyond the city. (The view would likely not be as good from the lower floors.) Large wrap-around terrace with a chaise and a table with two chairs. Great bed, nice big bathroom, excellent service from the front desk and the cleaning staff. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Very well located, so you can easily walk to the best shopping and dining in the city. Strong recommend!
