    I am a big believer in you get what you pay for. If I could give stars for staff then Angela who runs the bar/cafe would get five 🌟 she is such a credit to the place and a lovely lady. She was so friendly and easy to talk to and her dinks/food was spot on! The bar area was exceptional clean also. Maria was also nice and helpful.The apartment we had was very spacious and adequately clean, ground floor so spacious terrace too. The bathroom was a big let down and needs a thorough make over as does the kitchenette area! With a little love and tlc these apartments could be so much better. The pool area was ok although the pools were very cold.The location is superb. Just to the right of the the apartments is the Street Bar and I would highly recommend this place. The food everywhere was delicious. If it’s beauty and luxury you want then please avoid booking but if you can close your eyes to a few things and want somewhere cheap to stay then this is the place. All in all we had a good weeks holiday and will definitely return to Malia (but will choose a different hotel/apartment to stay in.).We could list things that need immediate improvement but are not going to, like I said it was a cheap break, and you get what you pay for!

    I had such a great stay. Felt so safe and comfortable. Staff were lovely! Really made the place. Maria was great. Angela was so great she just made you feel so welcome around the pool bar gave such good recommendations for places to go especially to eat. Had such good chats and really looked after me thank you. Location is great you are right in the heart of Malia but its also a side step away so did not find in noisy but it was the end of the season. Old Town is great and so many lovely places to eat - recomend all the great Greek food! For the day prices at the pool bar are really reasonable and the food was good. Greek Salad would recomend for lunch. Rooms are basic but have all you need. More than comfotable. Staff go above and beyond if you need anything. There is a little supermarket just up the road if you need anything. I went with TUi and not sure I would go again with them as the transfer etc was not the best - basically dropped off in the middle of the night at the top of the road and said that way!

    We stayed here for six nights, but it wasn't an experience I would want to repeat. First of all, the silence was non-existent: at 3-4 in the morning we could hear voices in the hallway, doors slamming, and constant noises that woke us up from our sleep. I don't know if it was the staff or other guests, but no measures were taken to maintain a minimum of silence. The conditions in the room were also not great — old furniture, thin walls, the bathroom was poor, and the general feeling was that the hotel needed a serious renovation. Overall, I don't recommend it if you need rest or a minimum of comfort. I'm sure you can find better options in the same area.

    apartments were nice and clean, kitchen and bar area superb including the food.the staff were super friendly and lovely to deal with. sometimes can get noisy at night but hey, this is a party town.i would highly recommend this place..i will return.Tim

    Great location but that is about all. Our room was like a prison cell, shower area was disgusting! And you would be very lucky if you had a hot shower in the morning also you could only use shower as hand held as no bracket! Stayed 11 days and only had 2 hot showers in all that time! Did complain but was told that because it was cloudy the day before the water tanks hadn't warmed the water HUH!! What an excuse. No wifi unless you sit by the poolGo cheap you certainly get what you pay for
