A very friendly welcome. The flat is in perfect condition, well equipped and very well maintained during the stay. Very pleasant balcony with sea view. The air conditioning was perfect, which was much appreciated in very hot weather. Quiet, soundproof flat in the middle of a very quiet residential area. The sea is a 5-minute walk away with a very pleasant beach. All the shops in the main street are a 10-minute walk away (food, chemist, vet, doctor, car hire, etc.). The owner was very helpful in recommending an excellent restaurant right on the beach, and was always available to help us. Perfect little hotel

The hotel is at a very nice location, next to the beach. It is very clean and the owner, Antonis, very polite and willing to help us with whatever we wanted. It is near to nice coffee shops, walking distance. Every day we were finding the room clean and tidy after our morning walk. I for sure recommend it and will visit it again. At two steps from the beach, this great hotel offers a great resting place for visitors of the Chania area. Situated among resorts, restaurants and parks, it is an ideal location for couples, families and solo travelers.The staff couldn't be nicer and was very communicative and caring.Amazing! We liked everything but most of all the great Greek hospitality of the managers!The appartment was close enough to the sea (50 mrs)and rightnext to restaurants, marketsand cafes!,Very spacious and had everything we needed. Faultless clean!Trust manager's suggestions!!! Quiet, friendly, unpretentious and comfortable - with a sea view

This is a "no frills' hotels but who needs the frills if everything is close at hand and you have a helpful and charming Antonis at the reception?Excellent location, comfortable beds , kitchenette, terrace and the sea virtually on the doorstep, together with shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely beach and beach walks. Chania Old Town is a bus ride away. What not to like??? :)
