Location

The apartments are situated just 30 m away from the beach, in the most beautiful and quiet neighbourhood of the centre of Agia Pelagia. They are around 22 km from the centre of Heraklion city, from Heraklion International airport it is 25 km and Heraklion port is 22 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 8 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment complex provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a hairdresser and a fax machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view onto the street from a balcony or terrace.     A pretty good hotel if you plan to spend your time on slopes. Would benefit from having a possibility to book jacuzzi and room cleaning.

    Great hotel for a Börlange visit. Good facilities, very decent breakfast with everything catered for! Staff are very nice and it’s a very short stroll to the centre & easy drive to Kupolen. Good facilities with a hot tub, shuffle board & onsite pub. Rooms are a bit dated & old but clean.

    Reception staff are friendly and extremely service minded. No fake smiles here, you feel genuinely welcome. Rooms are OK, but avoid 7th floor as it is below the very noisy gym. Unfortunately, they don't own the parking in front of the hotel, so you need to pay about €15/night for parking unless you're willing to park a few hundred meters away at an unsecured location.Breakfast is GREAT! So many choices and good logistics.

    I had a great stay at Quality Hotel Galaxen. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant served delicious meals. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

    Great service, friendly staff and good breakfast. Avoid 7th floor, as it's straight under the Gym/Spa, so there's lot of noise until 9pm. Shops and restaurants nearby, but limited options on Sunday evenings. Flying Reestaurant & Pub is really nice and it's in the same building.
