    We enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe at this hotel. Our first impression was good. It was running smoothly when we got to the rooms. There are pool facilities as well while waiting. The staff was very polite,kind and helpful. We had a chance to use the pool while waiting for the room. The room was nice and cozy. Comfortable for a family of three. The room had everything what we needed.

    Review of Kassavetis Center - Hotel Studios & ApartmentsTerrible experience. Cleaning was basically non-existent: dirty showers, filthy floors, everything old and neglected. For the first three days there was no hot water at all, so taking a proper shower was impossible.The staff was some of the worst I’ve ever met: no manners, no professionalism. The blonde receptionist never even greeted us or looked us in the eye, with a rude and arrogant attitude. All the employees were unfriendly and unhelpful.The only positive thing is the location, but honestly that’s not enough to make up for the rest. Definitely a place to avoid.

    Very disappointed. Self catering this is not. There was no kitchenware to prepare any food. No bowls etc. none given after asking either. rooms mopped with dirty water. No attachment for shower. Room in very poor state of repair. Our banister in the room was very loose and dangerous. Cleaner let herself in room without knocking first. It unfortunately spoilt our holiday

    The hotel is very clean and nice as well as the staff who are very friendly however the breakfast selection was very minimal and was not the best.The hotel itself is very good however could do with abit more maintenance nonetheless the hotel is very clean and the rooms were very tidy with housekeeping coming everyday.Not to mention it’s right in the centre of the town where there are many restaurants and shops as well as excursions stalls making the trip so easy with everything so close

The location is perfect — close to everything you need, from the beach to shops and restaurants.
