Location

This bungalow complex is located near the beach, in a lively neighbourhood right in the heart of Stalis. From here, guests can easily explore the area, and there are many options for leisure activities nearby. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are just a few metres away. It is about 30 km to Heraklion (HER) Airport.

Facility

118 non-smoking rooms are available. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The bungalow complex provides a baggage storage service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service and a fax machine. There is also a playground for younger guests. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe for an additional charge. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone and satellite television provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a whirlpool bath. 45 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool complex, which includes 2 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides and canoeing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (a sauna). Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Lovely Stay at the Hotel

    A very nice break at the hotel, perfectly positioned with Stalis resort being no more than a three minute stroll away.The only slightly disappointing thing was our room with a private plunge pool. There was a tree slap in the middle of the decking area meaning the pool and the decking weren't used by us at all during the two weeks we stayed as the pool never got any sun to heat it up plus it was a constant battle with the leaves.All of the staff were very friendly the night porter was a great help when we arrived and the restaurant manager Georges introduced himself to us the following morning and showed us where everything was.The bed was very comfortable in the room and even though our room was next to the bar area, it was fairly quiet, although could hear some noise from people up until around 1am on some nights but it was only brief and we had only just got in ourselves.Although we were All Inclusive we ate out each night as that is what we prefer to do. The breakfast and lunch was great, always plenty to choose from and for all diets catered for. There are loads of restaurants and bars in Stalis to choose from and we ate in a different one each night.If you need other types of milk, e.g. Oat Milk just ask Georges and he will get it for you as they don't put out any other milk other than cows milk.Unfortunately we couldn't get a late check out as the hotel was full but a shower room was available.     Close to the beach and restraunts/bars.Lovely staff.Room good but you can hear everything e.g. baby’s crying , people coming in.Food very good standard, fresh pizzas being made in front of you, gyro station at lunch. Pancakes, omelette, burgers etc all being made fresh. Desserts taste good especially the banana ice cream. Great value for money would return.     We have just returned from our family holiday in Crete. We over all had a good time, The area has many steps, so if you have prams it can be slightly difficult. ( as we experienced )All staff are really friendly, and hard working. Shout out to The restaurant manager George he was so lovely. We loved how you didn’t have to reserve sun beds in a morning, you could rock up at any time of the day and EASILY find a bed to sunbathe. ( especially at the children’s pool).The only thing is, at the children's pool you can only get wine or beer, no spirits. For this you have to go to the adults only pool. The entertainment staff were friendly and we enjoyed the “ Greek night” on one of the nights. The beaches are lovely, only about 10 minutes walk away from the little strip of bars and restaurants. Shout out to a little restaurant near to the beach called “ romantic corner” where we got engaged. It’s worth checking out too. It is quite a quite area and we enjoyed relaxing here.
