    This is the HELL.

    rating24 Sept 2025

If this hotel would like to win the award for the worst hotel in the world, it would gladly and willingly accept it.Disgusting food. So tasteless and cheap. Most likely old, recycled, and reheated from previous days. If Gordon Ramsay saw what is happening with the food here, this episode would definitely be the most popular of all episodes. We ate outside the hotel for the entire vacationbecause the food at the hotel was inedible. INEDIBLE. Not even a dog would eat it. Manager of this hotel doesnt't care. He probably saves all money for his villa.Behind the hotel is a cesspool and a stench, and everything flows directly into the sea where you will be swimming!Hygiene standards are non existent at this hotel! I hope they will close this hotel. This is not 3* hotel. This is the first hotel with 0* in the world.

    Rather avoid it

    rating22 Sept 2025

The food at this hotel was very poor, and we often had to buy meals outside. I cannot recommend staying here. Next to the hotel there is a canal where water flows directly into the sea, which causes an unpleasant smell – and in the end, this is the same water people are swimming in..

    I wish I could give 4 stars

    rating17 Sept 2025

This place is beautiful, close to the beach, plenty of food. They keep it nice and clean. I wish I could give it 4 stars.- First issue was internet. They claim they have free wifi. It is like saying there is water in bucket. Than you look inside and there is only 1 drop. - Second issue: Toilet paper. You can't throw toilet paper into toilet. There is a special basket next to toilet for it. They said cleaning lady will come and take care of it every other day... She never came and after one week it started to overflow.- And now big one. Food. Unless your belly is made out of steel, there is high chance you end up vomiting. Our group was 7 people. 5 vomited. We spoke to others. Both of the young pair vomited. And they also saw people who vomited on beach. When we came to hotel, somebody had to call ambulance. On first night somebody got resuscitated on beach. Than I saw ambulance coming 2 more times during my one week stay. When we arrived to hotel they said tap water is drinkable only for locals and we should avoid drinking it. We should only eat/drink stuff on hotel. So we did. 99% of food we had was from hotel. (Except 6 bottled waters from petrol station and crepes from restaurant in Iraklion). Conclusion: If you have stomach made from steel and don't mind lousy internet than it is beautiful place. Otherwise avoid like a plague. Or eat only simple food their kitchen can't mess up.

    This is not all-inclusive

    rating31 Aug 2025

We traveled with the agency Exim Tours from the Czech Republic. If you're looking for an all-inclusive vacation with good food and drinks, I have to say — do not go there. The hotel might be okay just for accommodation, but definitely not for the food. All of us got sick, and the food was always the same and not tasty. We couldn't eat it for more than two days. Even though we paid for an all-inclusive service, we ended up having to eat at restaurants outside the hotel. The beach looks nice in the pictures, but right next to the hotel there's a sewer that smells terrible and flows directly into the sea, right on the hotel’s beach. So much for the “perfect” all-inclusive.

    Disappointing and Food Poisoning

    rating25 Aug 2024

Our room was in an okay state, but our friends' room (who stayed at the same time as us) had an old bath and no shower curtain. Their air conditioning was also dodgy. Olive oil shampoo was provided, but no body wash, which is quite silly. You have to ask for room cleaning + new towels at the reception - and you need to do it before 3pm for it to be PLANNED FOR THE NEXT DAY. Cleaning should be done EVERY DAY without guests having to ask - OR AT LEAST SAME-DAY!The food was not that great and desserts were grim. Also, I got sick due to the food on the last day of the holiday, and so did other people. I noticed on the last day when I had food poisoning that the toilets were covered in faeces, as multiple people had diarrhoea ON THAT SPECIFIC DAY - it is CLEAR that multiple people got sick! I have been to Greece multiple times and there was never an issue with any other hotel. The staff were rude and unpleasant. Only 2 members of staff (who both worked reception only) were decent. Kitchen staff were rude. There was segregation between people who chose half-board and all-inclusive. I went up to the wine dispenser (HB are allowed 2 cups with dinner) and there was a staff member asking me where my all-inclusive wrist band is. I explained that I was HB and was only taking another cup. He asked me how many cups I already had - I said one. They let me go after that. But I felt very intimidated - guests should not be approached like that. There was also a 9 year-old CHILD who tried to take some juice and were shooed away. I understand that all-inclusive pay more, but HB guests should not be treated like this. The free coffee at breakfast was not nice. During the day for HB guests, it was 3.80 euros. The cafes opposite the hotel have much better coffee for 2 euros! Check-out time on the last day is 11am and we already had a cleaner come knocking on the door at 10:30am - we told her to go away. After that, we had to wait 8 hours in the reception before our coach back to the airport was at 6pm. It's unacceptable to make people pack up this early. The only good things were the animation team (Jumbo was good) and the fact that the hotel is so close to the beach and a few local shops.
