    The hotel is really good for family’s! It have everything your family needs and more; playgrounds, pools, waterslides, friendly staff, different activities such as yoga, full body workout, football, fitness senter, inside playroom etc. they also have multiple restaurants, and we really enjoyed the food at Spiros KBR2 - it became our favorite restaurant. The hotel feels really clean and the value is good. The only thing they can improve is the noise level at the restaurants. Some soft walls or something would probably help. We really enjoyed our stay and can safely recommend this hotel to others :)

    We came to visit Crete for first time we have and amazing time,food the atmosphere quality of food and we can’t explain how the staff make us feel so welcome amazing drinks by PANAGIOSIS and Angelica every night surprising us with different drinks and of course, Lyli helping us with entertaining our son with her incredible personality and performance as entertainer! We highly recommend the resort for a family vacation!

    Joanna and Andreas were absolutely amazing pair. I felt so looked after and Joanna was one of the politest staff I met my whole trip. She helped me pick the best drinks for me. Made me feel so comfortable and I honestly couldn’t fault her. I didn’t feel this approachability from most the staff and she absolutely made my holiday. Both of them deserve to be recognised for their hardworking but always having a welcoming smile and approachability. 10/10!
