    I just arrived in my hotel in Cordoba. When I asked them to turn on the air-conditioning in the room, they did. When I asked staff at a hotel on Delicias to turn on the AC they said no that there’s nothing they could do about it. For this reason I’m gonna make sure everyone on every social media platform knows not to stay there.

    Not Quite What We Expected from a 4-Star Hotel

    AC Hotel Atocha is a 4-star hotel, but our stay was somewhat disappointing. The room felt smaller than the ones at Hotel Mediodía, and overall it didn’t seem to offer good value for the price. We experienced noise from a nearby room around midnight, which affected our sleep. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not very clean.On the positive side, the location is convenient and close to major tourist sites, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

    This is the third time we decided on the AC Atocha as our base when visiting Madrid. The location is great, specially when arriving from the airport and when doing day trips to other cities. The staff is very attentive and professional, including everyone at the reception, breakfast, restaurant/bar, and room. As Titanium members we have been upgraded to their best room with terrace and also received the daily credit as amenity. We will definitely stay again during our future trips to Madrid. Thanks!

    Affordable Centrally Located Hotel in Madrid with Excellent Staff

    Arrival and check in at the hotel were fast, and the room was ready in the morning. The room is a standard size room on the small side. The shower is in the middle of the room in a glass walled cubicle which could make some guests uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. Also, the air conditioning never really cooled down the room on this hot summer day.The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of many restaurants and stores and famous sites in Madrid. The hotel has a bar; however, I never saw anyone drinking, and the bar appeared unmanned at all times. Breakfast was not included even for Marriott high elite members. The front desk staff were helpful with all requests and very friendly.I do recommend this hotel due to the excellent location and for the price for central Madrid and would return.
