  The room size and coloring is nice. Also they have an arabic & indian reception team & they are friendly & cooperative ( all of them was nice specially indian )the location is opposite to juffair mall and located on main street. Easy free parking and walk distance to restuarants and other services with location at corner of 2 main streets .i like the design of the room.but the only thing is that swimming pool are out of service (and not look like to be fixed anytime soon) the facilities and bed are comfortable. They have massage shop and a restuarants inside .spacious corridors and simply a good hotel .

  Good Staff. Smelly Room.

  The staff is very accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. Situated in the heart of Juffair. Very close to restaurants, Oasis Mall, and other places of interest. A few minutes drive to the center of Manama. What I did not like about the hotel is the smell of the room. Though it is spacious and the beds and pillows are comfortable, it smells like cigarettes. It shows at the door that smoking is not allowed but the stench is all over the room. It sticks to my hair, my clothes, and everything. Also, the way to the parking space is a bit off. You have to drive all the way to the sandy area to reach the hotel’s front.

  Loud, Old and Disgusting

  Please do not stay at this hotel unless you are 18 and want to be up all night and basically get a hostel treatment. I stayed here 2 nights, had a 4am flight to catch but their music in their lounge was going non-stop till 2m both nights (Monday and Tuesday of all days). It was very loud and obnoxious. Additionally the hotel itself is very old and the service is very crappy. The staff doesn’t return common curtesy in a timely manner. I ordered room service and it took me calling 3 times and almost cancelling it for them to figure finally providing the service I asked for because they had no clue what they were hired to do. The rooms are very old, furnitures are dirty and disgusting, not sure why they were cheap on the towels either because I had only 1 towel and there was half a roll of toilet paper. If you are on a cheap budget and trying to get a hostel treatment then by all means stay at this hotel. I stayed here because the hotel I like to stay in down the street called K hotel was fully booked and I was in a hurry. Horrible hotel, horrible customer service and horrible environment. The taxi driver who drove me here from the airport was asking me why I was staying at this hotel when there were a lot of others right across the street. He told me this hotel was almost shut down a couple of years ago but somehow reopened back. Pay the extra 20 bucks and go stay some place else.

  Panorama Hotel is located on Awal Ave. The hotel is located in a good location in front of Juffair mall where you can find shops, restaurants and a cinema. They have a restaurant, spa, pool & free Wi-Fi

  It is my second visit to Panorama hotel & as last time it looks very nice some of the staff changed but even the new people are so friendly and funny.. location of this hotel is one of the reason which bring ne back as it is just next to everything you could need in Bahrain.. I love this place and can't wait to come again
