A Wonderful Stay – We Can’t Wait to Come Back! We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely family-run hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed – the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and relaxed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and our room was beautifully kept and very comfortable. The pool area was a perfect place to unwind, and the bed and breakfast setup was ideal for us. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious – a great way to start each day! A huge thank you to Stella, Mina and all the team, who made our stay extra special with their kindness and hospitality. You can really tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in all the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. We really enjoyed the barbecue night. We’re already planning to come back next year and bring our son and his girlfriend along!

We’ll, what a brilliant 2 weeks spent with friends at the Koutrakis suites in Sissi.The owners Stella and Meena are now classed as friends, we could not have wished for a friendlier and helpful time together.The suites are spacious with air conditioning in each area and the beds unusually comfortable. We had very restful sleeps during our stay.Towels and bedding changed regularly with the added bonus of towel sculptures created by our friendly maid.Koutrakis is located facing the sea and is about a 15min walk along the front into Sissi harbour and the many brilliant restaurants.

Just returned from our first stay in sissi and hotel .was really looking forward to stay here and excited .on arrival was greeted with strange reception saying about next hotel and bar didn't really understand but we know now speaking to the bar next door so very un professional .then once checked in and put luggage in rooms decided to have a drink in bar we new was a bit late but on a high as on holiday within 30 mins we were rudely told to shut up and be quiet which annoyed us so much .if we were a bit loud please ask us to keep noise down and say last orders which we would have not in that manner .great first impressions. Hotel itself in a great location and views stunning rooms very spacious and clean towels everyday and cleaned .pool so shallow and beds not comfortable. Never came round pool area to take glasses away or asked for any drinks needed .cocktails were shocking worst I've ever had ordered a strawberry daqerie it was just liquid not like a slush which supposed to be .over all had a good holiday just got on with it as it's a shower and a bed .

recently spent a week here and enjoyed the view from the pool and local bars and restaurants.pros . great views, towels changed twice beds made every 3 days rooms kept clean and tidy bed comfortable room a deluxe living room looking onto the pool and dining area. cons. was asked by stella not to go to eat at next door hotel due to a feud between them. this has nothink to do with her customers so should not put us on the spot. its our holiday and we should not be put off eating were we want grow up.wardrobe in living area with couch in front of it had to open one door squeeze by it open other door to put stuff in and get to safe. very cramped.room looked a little dated very dark as you could not open curtains and shutters as every one from pool and dining area could see you no curtains or frosted glass to give privacy so dark.pool small and shallow sunbeds uncomfortable had breakfast there 3 times kitchen area very small everyone dodgeing around each other ftrying to get fed . definatly not a four star we have stayed in several hotels in sissi which were much better . dont mind paying hotel tax but 10 euros for this hotel is not right. anixi hote staff wonderful during our meals there food great so would recommend .

A lovely friendly hotel in a beautiful location. We had a large ground floor room with a separate bedroom. This was ideal for our 11 & 14 year olds. Great storage and amazing air con! We didn’t have breakfast but lunch was delicious and good value. We loved the salads. Nice cocktails too. The BBQ night was really nice. The food was delicious and I enjoyed a wee dance! The views are beautiful! We loved Sissi and would return. Most fellow guests were return customers. The one thing we didn’t like was being told not to go to the hotel next door. Lots of others have commented on this too.
