    Staying at Kyma was a fantastic experience. I felt nothing but spoiled here. I had a very beautiful and clean room, with a modern and nice design, a generous balcony with a splendid view of the sea and harbor. The hotel staff is so welcoming, kind, with a smile on both their face and in their soul. Breakfast and dinner were so elegant, with a variety of healthy and delicious food. In addition, the hotel offered fresh orange juice every morning and champagne on Sunday morning. Staying at Kyma definitely completes the wonderful experience of Rethymno, a picturesque city, with touches of bohemian and modern beauty and beautiful people all around. I would be happy to return to Kyma for my future holidays.     Fantastic Place ,Fantastic People !! .Lovely location for a Holiday !!.

    First time at Kyma Beach Hotel ,stayed at Kriti Beach on 2 previous occasions .Chrysa and all of the staff that we came into contact with were all friendly ,very helpful and great fun and made us feel incredibly welcome.Food is good ,try the Navy Blue Restaurant ,had couple very nice tasty meals in there !!Room was clean and comfortable ,with a really good shower . Nice and near to the Old town & Harbour .Marina and beach is just across the road.Currently working on plans for our next visit in October which will be our sixth visit !! .     One of the best hotel in Greece I've stayed

    I was in Rethymno for the second time. The first time I stayed at Kriti Beach, Kyma's sister hotel. It is a hotel close to the old center, opposite the marina with a special view of the sea from the rooms...a chic hotel.The food is not very diverse but tasty and the service is impeccable.The private beach (10 minutes' walk away) is shared with Kriti Beach and the sunbeds on the beach are included.In front of the hotel is the stop of the hop and off bus and the train that takes you around the old center.The buses can't stop in front of the hotel but it leaves you at a distance of about 5 minutes from the hotelThe hotel is well positioned in front of the beach and the promenadeIf I come back, I will definitely stay here again!     Convenient location to visit Rethymnon downtown and the region. Nice room (Junior Suite), clean, well equiped, with sea view. Great breakfast. Missing a better food selection for dinner and more 'select' athmosphere in the restaurant for a 5 stars hotel.     Kyma Suites is a cozy boutique hotel very close to the old town of Rethymno. This is a big plus for fast exploring the vibes of this charming litte town. We liked very much the staff (always smilling, and ready to help). Also, the food was very good. Plenty of choices for the dinner (fish&seafood-grilled or oven dishes; fresh vegetables and fruits; tasty starters and sweets). The breakfast was also very good (poached eggs were great). Keep in mind that this is not a big AI(all-inclusive) hotel, where food quantity prevails over quality! Thus, the effort of selecting and using quality ingredients was present at Kyma, and the food&restaurant experience, in my opinion, is close to a 5* hotel. The room was spotless clean, and the sea view with the small balcony is a must (city view is definitely not so impressive). The size of the room is decent enough, although the bathroom is small (standard double). We expected to be more noise from the city at night, but surprisingly this was not an issue on a sea view room. For the beach, which is a shared one with Kriti hotel, it would be great if the management will consider bigger unbrellas (not much of a shade for the Cretan heat). All in all, Kyma Suites delivers a 4* room experience mixed with a 4-5* restaurant experience. We enjoyed it and recommend!
