Staying in the hotel was a truly an exceptional experience. Breakfast was a real feast! We were so well taken care of, the hotel is clean, well maintained, all the staff is kind and very competent.I would love to mention particularly Mr Ragab in the executive lounge- he was amazing! That was the best service we have ever experienced in any hotel. He was so kind, attentive and took care of every single thing, nothing was impossible for him. Thank you once more Ragab! Additionally, I want to mention also Ms Aya who we met at the reception. She took care of any request we have with such profesionalizm and speed that we were truly impressed. Top quality service. Thank you again Aya. Also, Mr Mohammed who cleaned our making it spotless and bringing us joy whenever we saw him. Overall, one of the best hotel me and my family stayed in. Thank you for making our holidays a wonderful experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Nice rooms and nice breakfast in the morning. I made use of the spa and had a very relaxing time. The location is great. Easy access to Giza, central Cairo, Smart Village and new Cairo.
