    Excellent!Wonderful front desk and restaurant staff! They were very helpful and attentive to our requests. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable, great location. We would definitely stay here again!

    Great location for catching the #2 bus to Knossos and for going to the (very crowded) excellent archeological museum. Spacious rooms, good served breakfast, and a terrifically helpful Silia at the front desk.

    Great little hotel with best services I had in Europe. Food is very good and rooms clean and great beds. Location is great close to buses for tours around Creta.

    Stayed 12 September with my 2 adult children. One of the nicest experiences of our trip. All the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful - nothing too much trouble. Very clean large room with separate shower and separate toilet plus small balcony. First class position near the museums and shopping. Lots of local bars, bistros, coffee shops. Our breakfast outside was first class, all products from Crete. Thank you all.

    Great location and wonderful staff, especially Chrisa in Papis - she's the best! When I come back to Heraklion, I will stay at Legacy Gastro Suites.
