  I cloud not recommend Louladakis Apartments more. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax, at a very decent price, then this is it. From the moment you arrive you’ll feel at home. The owners are super attentive and always there to help and recommend interesting places to visit during your staying. This kind of treat you’ll probably never get on one of the large resort. I’ll definitely go back.

  Clean, well appointed self catering accommodation, surrounded by good tavernas and a very good (reasonably priced) beach restaurant nearby. The Louladakis brothers are very helpful hosts with great tips about what to see in the area.

  hi 👋🏼 so i stayed there for five Days and felt like why didn’t i booked for more Days?? The position is great for adventures taking place and if you have a car or not. I didn’t had but the bus station outside was a big help. And on my arrival the two Cretans Argiris and Dimosthenis helped me with giving me a lot of information about the area there so i can make my plans to see the more i could. And helped me with my questions and little problems that i had the other Days too. I found that so great from them. Euxaristo!!! 😊 jacuzzi time was funny a small chill rooftop party made my Day.   By the road in the middel of nowhere, springwater in front of frontdoor. Empty and a signal of that was to come. Jacusy on the roof terrace haddent been cleaned for weeks. Wiev over garage roof and back yard. Typical for the apartemenshotell: it had potensial but did not use them. Add that we had to argue to get a propper bread knife on the room and that the young man in the reception in the evening did not seem to understand english. Acctualy, he never spoke! Think twice before you book. Dont belive the pictures. PS. Cleaning was very good! At Louladakis Apartments ,which is a family hotel ,run by Louladakis family we do our best for guests so they experience a perfect holiday in the lowest price in the area. Ofcourse Louladakis Apartments are in the middle of Kamisiana a peacefull and quiet village moments before Balos , Elafonisi , Falasarna , Kissamos. Its a very convinient area where you can start daily excursions and return back in short time . At the 3rd floor we provide for Free the jacuzzis for every guest. We clean and test the jacuzzi water daily every morning. After a long day the water ofcourse will need to be checked or changed. As we also informed you after 7pm it is not possible to use this service. We also provide several room types. Rooms with sea view , with village view , with no view. The room that you selected for the dates you traveled was one of our rooms without a view for the best available rate of the area less than 20$ per night. Our reception operates from 8am to 4pm and not 24h we apologize for the young man at the afternoon we supose that maybe it was a guest of our hotel also.   Very Very friendly staffs, lovely housekeeping staffs. We arrived few hours earlier but they gave a room for us because they thought we were tired. The owner very kind and if you are interested in the Greek things , foods, drinks, mythology He is more than happy to tell you. We had an excellent week on Crete. Nice apartments.
