Location

This resort is located in a pleasantly quiet, car-free zone in Hersonissos.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 52 junior suites, 75 suites and 315 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A currency exchange service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests can browse a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge. A business centre with fax machine, projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. 5 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Most units offer a partial sea view. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 7 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 3 children's pools. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, beach volleyball and basketball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, golf and paddle tennis. The water sports offered include water aerobics. Jet skiing and banana boat rides are organised by third-party operators. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa and a beauty salon. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 2 restaurants (non-smoking, a buffet and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Excellent sports facilities, a fab water park with flumes, on the beach, a good mix music entertainment for adults and amphitheatre for families/kids, clean and comfortable air conditioned rooms... what's not to love?We particularly liked the fact we could lap swim in one of 3 pools, 50m or 25m outdoor and I think 25m indoor. We chose the 50m every time and had a lane to ourselves. The pool water temperature in late May was absolutely perfect for us. We also played a lot of table tennis, there are 9 tables in an indoor hall. Unfortunately the Animation team chose to take the 'organised' table tennis off the schedule this week in favour of daily volleyball and plenty of football making it a bit more tricky to meet club standard players to have a decent game with, although we did find 2 couples today who met that criteria. We have also enjoyed joining on with the organised Water Polo sessions each day.There's a choice of 6 restaurants so if you want to escape the all-inclusive diet of screaming kids with rattling crockery and cutlery, then head to the smaller beach restaurant where they'll freshly wok cook your choices with noodles or rice for lunch or fresh fish on the BBQ for dinner. We're yet to visit the local snorkeling spot but apparently we can get the local tourist train and we've selected a day to do that when the wind drops and goes more westerly so hopefully the sea will behave a bit better.

    Our family had such a fantastic holiday, the staff were amazing and really made our holiday special. There were two staff who made our memories fabulous … Millie and Lvcky paid particular attention to our children they were so enthusiastic and fun.
