  Great staff , great location!

  The staff are what make this hotel ! Everyone is so friendly from Maria at the front desk , Marilena in the bar( who soon learned our drinks of choice) and Sophia in the restaurant, to name but a few.The rooms are basic but clean , could do with some upgrades, especially in the bathrooms but the bed was very comfortable and we slept well.The hotel is ideally situated right beside a beach and some restaurants/tavernas and you can walk from it to the lakeside (stunning) and the main shopping area.It is up a small hill , in fact Agios Nikoloas is rather hilly , with a staircase up to the hotel entrance , there is a ramp however for those less able .I would highly recommend this hotel, the food was lovely and there was enough choices for both of us to find something we liked.I would definitely consider returning and can see why there are so many people who do go back every year.Thanks to you all , hopefully see you soon!

  Friendly hotel

  The staff make this hotel,everyone of them so friendly,good service nothing a problem,good food and plenty selection,the sweets are amazing.special thanks to Maria,Sophia and marilena,the hotel is up a slight hill and there are quite a number of steps,to get to reception,lots of tavernas on the beach which are also friendly.rooms are basic but cleaned every day,we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend

  Location of this hotel was close to the beach and a few minutes walk from the marina. We had a 1 bed apartment room which was spacious and comfortable. The food at the hotel was very good.The hotel has 2 roof terraces with great views. There are plenty of bar restaurants within easy reach .Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel.A big thank you to Sophia and Maria for your help ..

  The hotel we go to every year!

  We have been enjoying our holidays in this hotel for many years. We are married with two children. The hotel is intimate, the food is fantastic and the location is excellent. Most of the people who use the hotel are usually adults. There are no special facilities or entertainment for children, but we are very happy about it. Our children were "raised" by the beach, which is 50 meters away. Everywhere is close. The charm of a small Greek resort with several beaches is amazing. When it comes to rooms, the appliances in the kitchenettes are outdated, but it doesn't matter at all. Everything we need is in the restaurant and at the bar. Rooms are cleaned daily. If there is any problem, it can be discussed with Maria, who is in charge of the reception, or with Sofia, who watches over the restaurant from morning to evening. If you are a capricious tourist who likes to complain and spend a lot of money - avoid this place. If you are interested in the atmosphere of a Greek town, proximity to the beach and wonderful, local food - this is the choice for you!

  Lovely little hotel perfectly situated

  Stayed for a week at the end of October. We booked a studio apartment and were given a sea view even though we hadn’t paid the extra for that! The apartment was lovely and the balcony was amazing. Huge and looking directly over the small shingle beach which was only a minutes walk away. The room was cleaned every day and we had clean towels and bedding twice during our stay. We booked the all inclusive package. The food was great. Plenty of choice and always fresh and well cooked. However, if you are looking for a traditional all inclusive package, this is not it. The bar does not have staff on duty during the advertised hours. We only managed to get drinks on one night of our stay. The bar person also works in the restaurant and obviously can’t be in both places at the same time! However, if asked, he will go into the bar area to serve you. This didn’t detract from our experience as we are not big drinkers but I feel the all inclusive tag is misleading. A “Full Board” description would better describe the offer. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the local area. There is a free bus which runs every half hour from a bus stop just at the bottom of the road. There is a tourist information shop near the bridge over the lake. They have free maps which we found very helpful. The lake is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are lots of pretty tourist shops also around few minutes walk from the hotel. Most places are easy to get to on foot but the area is very hilly so may not be suitable for people who are less mobile. All in all, a nice holiday at a great hotel. Just be aware that the all inclusive package may not be what you think it should be.
