  I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible experience.

  I booked a 20 sqm room, but upon arrival at 3 AM we were given a tiny room with no proper window, no balcony, no air conditioning, and a strange mini-level with an extra bed squeezed in. The space was so small I couldn’t even open my suitcase comfortably, and the bathroom was uncomfortably tiny.The room we were provided was a downgrade compared to what I paid for. When I went to the receptionist and asked to be moved to the type of room I booked, showing the pictures, he said he didn’t know where those pictures came from. Since it was 3 AM and the room was fully prepaid, we were forced to stay.On top of that, the room had zero soundproofing — every single plane from the nearby airport felt like it was right next to the bed. I wasn’t able to sleep at all.We travel often and have stayed in many airport hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. Completely misleading advertising and very poor value for money. Unfortunately, I cannot add the real pictures of the room here so you would see that it’s a scam.When I reached out to Booking.com, they said they contacted the property, which claimed it was an “upgrade,” and Booking.com did nothing further. I’m really disappointed with both the hotel and Booking.com support. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.The only positive thing is that I forgot my AirPods in the room, and when I called, they said they had found them and that I can pick them up on my way back.

  Horrible experience, not just with noise but service extremely unfriendly. Not like most of the people/places in Greece - even in Heraklion, where the harried and chaotic city atmosphere is more noticeable. We would never stay here again.

  Unbearable Noise, Unsafe Atmosphere, and No Refund!**I had booked a 5-night stay at this hotel but could only endure one night before leaving early due to the terrible conditions. The noise outside from planes was nonstop, making sleep impossible. On top of that, young men were screaming, running down the hallways, and banging on doors late into the night. I called the front desk multiple times around midnight, but no one answered. I felt unsafe and was too scared to even leave my room.I left after the first night and requested a refund for the remaining 4 nights, but the hotel refused to reimburse me, despite the unlivable conditions and lack of proper security. The management showed no concern for the comfort or safety of their guests.Few bus stops away is the actual prison, that nobody mentions in the reviews.I would never recommend this place—horrible service, unsafe environment, and no accountability.   A Pleasant Stay in Heraklion

  If you need a pleasant and reasonable place to stay on your way to the airport in Heraklion, Crete - you will enjoy this hotel. It is not a high-end facility, but the staffers are very helpful and the rooms are pleasant. It will take you 30 minutes to walk, leisurely, to the city center - or you will need to take a taxi. It is a very convenient taxi ride to the airport.

  This hotel was absolutely beautiful inside. Rooms are fabulous.. The buffet breakfast is wonderful on top of the roof with terrace. The staff was wonderful.. They recommend a neighbor restaurant Sofa within 15 minutes walking distance. I had spaghetti Bolognese was fabulous. I only stayed one night. They held my luggage and found me a taxi ride for $70 euros to chania which took less time then taking the bus. I hope to come back to this hotel and stay there longer to explore heraklion more.
